I ordered two shirts from the website www.bandmerch.com, because the seller stated that they were partners with SONY, but in reality they turned out to be high-class scammer and liar. They provided horrible shirts, which looked like rubbish and the fabrics was terrifying. I never wore them, but I wanted to warn other people. Don’t waste time and money, because you will regret if you buy from them. It might be a good idea, if people write about their experience with this seller.

This company is nearly impossible to get a straight answer from, as they seem to all be reading from the same sheet of answers that are not relevant to you or your complaint! I placed an order for 1 t-shirt and received the wrong size item. Does not seem difficult to fix, but 3 phone calls and 5 emails (emails are never answered) I received another shirt, again the same wrong size! Another 3 phone calls (all operators gave the same retoric: 'we are doing a 'bin check' which takes us 10-14 days(!) ), and more unanswered emails and I finally cancelled the order. I was told I would receive confirmation of the refund to my credit card, and of course that never happened either. I submitted a complaint to the bbb, so hopefully other people won't have to deal with this incompetent, unproffesional company. Completely frustrating and ineffectual sums up this online site, so steer clear!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I accepted a Free Online offer for software from BandMerch.com and they confirmed the product will be free but there will be a postage charge of USD $3.00 and I applied. I have sent email to this company but they have not responded. I have come across a weblog of other victims of this company who have experienced exactly as I have. Thank you.
