Con referencia al registro numero 23/079148 La situación es la siguiente, Yo soy cliente de su Banco en Tenerife, el día 4 de julio hice una transferencia desde mi cuenta en Abu Dhabi usando la aplicación, sin embargo no puse el número IBAN y aun así la aplicación empezó el proceso. Al darme cuenta de que el dato faltaba, traté por medio de la aplicación de cancelarla y que no se autorizara la transferencia, pero no obtuve ninguna respuesta, adjunto correos de prueba. Una vez la transferencia fue rechazada por su sistema, la cantidad que me fue devuelta fue menor debido a la fluctuación de la tasa de cambio o no se cual es la razon. Me parece injusto que por la respuesta tardía de su parte yo pierda 350 euros. En otras aplicaciones existe la opción de cancelar la transacción hasta 24 horas después de haberse hecho. Por lo tanto quisiera que me aclararán esta situación y se haga el reembolso que refleje la cantidad original por favor.

I was promised a call back, this did not happen. I have been unable to set up mobile banking.

Such terrible customer service at this branch. I call and no one answers, or the call is answered then they put the phone down.
I will be contacting the CEO to take this further.

Morning I have been ringing santander customer service but each time the phone gets put down or no one rings me back. This is very frustrating and is costing a lot of money. One man said he can arrange a loan from the UK. He never got back to me. I have now booked a flight to spain and want.an appointment with an English speaking person on monday 17th July who can arrange this as the man I spoke to did the loan is possible. Please help and arrange my appointment.
