Was for six 10mm bolts. I received two 3/8 UNC bolts of completely unrelated length. All subsequent e-mails have been ignored. Do not order anything from this company.

i did order bolt set for my sr20det and havent heard them at all. Money was charged but never did order come or email about that order. I would say dont waste ur money to this company. it`s a scam. Now i need to go to bank and make all kind of paper work to get money back from them. Thank you very much for that and dont people buy them anything.

On 6/29/15, they charged me for: Alloy Fine, (2) pcs of Thread Socket, Cap Screws, M6-0.75 x 12mm for $11.41. Never received them. No replies to any e-mails. Nada, nothing. Order Number: Baller Bolts-4745

I placed an order with Baller Bolts on 5/9/2014 and received an email confirmation but never received my order. I emailed them for a shipping status update but never received any response. I have looked for a phone number to contact them but cannot find one. I will not attempt to purchase anything else from Baller Bolts and warn anyone else not to purchase from them!

Same here, putting an order for ducati oil cooler, this company charged the credit card so fast BUT NEVER SHIP THE ORDER.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ### COMPANY!

SO far I have been waiting since January 23rd to receive my order. Here is the information pertaining to teh order.

I sent an inquiry by email on 2/9 and did not get a response back from the owner until teh 21st.

I sincerely apologize! Our friggin email server is taking customer emails and tagging them as spam. I am manually going through our spam folder and answering each accordingly.

The 135 mm bolts are in the manufacturing process right now. I am still awaiting a conformation update.

Here it is March 15. No bolts. Attempted to contact him today and got this automated response by email.
We apologize for the lack of personal response. We are experiencing heavy amounts of emails and are short handed on help. We are attempting to spend the majority of our time sending orders out, so if you are inquiring about an existing order, it is more then likely shipping within the next 24 hours. We will be answering emails periodically.

That's okay. I'll be in Arizona at months end and will be looking up Mr. Hampton for my product or a refund.

I also placed a recent order with Baller Bolts. My credit card was charged on 9/15/11 - it is 10/18/11 and I have not yet recieved my order, or even a confirmation email. I've sent emails to the email address listed on the Baller Bolts web page with no response. I've tried calling on several occasions, but the voice mail box is always full. It looks like I'll be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge...

As the owner of Baller Bolts, you sir did not order anything from us. As a matter of fact, there were no orders for stainless steel bolts and nuts on June 7th, 8th, or 9th. No orders were cancelled or charged back for May June or July. If you would kindly post your order number, I would be more than happy to rectify the situation.
