We have recently learned that Dr Phillipe Meyer of Zurich Switzerland resigned as chairman of the Balimo Investments AG board on 8/15/2015, during the period that Balimo Investments and their personnel - Asbjorn Gosta, Boshard Kurt, Eric Hollen, etc.. were engaged in a fraudulent scheme against RSA Funding, LLC. $250, 000 USD was taken in by their "Escrow...
Predatory Lending / Fraud
Our company, RSA Funding, LLC sent escrow in the amount of $250, 000 over 30 days ago for business financing to Balimo Investments AG and we have since been ignored after their receipt of our funds.
They haven't closed our tranasction nor have they refunded our escrow deposit. We just continue to get the "run-around" from their personnel and are constantly told "24 hours". This was 24 hours almost three weeks ago and we are very concerned that Balimo Investments might not be forthcoming with all pertinent information.

All we request is that our transaction be funded in the good faith that we negotiated early on with the folks at Balimo Investments AG.
On 8/5 we were told that we would have conclusion brought to the matter; however, Balimo is now saying that there is an "imposter" using their name and contacting their clients?
Also, their phone number listed on their website has been out of service. We've tried it 20 times at least

The more research we undertook, the more fraud we uncovered by Balimo Investments AG. We finally learned from the supposed "Escrow Agent" that the "Escrow Agreement" provided by Balimo Investments was forged by members of the Balimo group. PROMIS@Service Sarl claims they never had conversation or knowledge of who Balimo Investments AG even is.
We also learned from the "supposed" escrow agent "PROMIS@Service Sarl" that they indeed received the escrow finds 0n 7/8/2015 but promptly spent then funds on their business as they were led to believe from their representative Mr Ahmed that we were to be an investor of PROMIS@Service Sarl.
At no time did RSA Funding, LLC agree to be an "investor" of PROMIS@Service Sarl. We have tried tirelessly to work with PROMIS@Service Sarl to return our deposit; however, they have refused our attempts to reconcile the situation. Very unfortunate. No matter what PROMIS@Services Sarl says, their CEO MS. Rehm, sent to us a direct email confirming that she not only received our funds (under fraudulent pretenses) but that she also spent the funds on her business without the permission of RSA Funding..
PROMIS@Service Sarl has no idea that they are caught in the middle of a classic Ponzi scheme most likely orchestrated by Balimo Investments AG.

we too has received contact from balimo, mr gosta, that propose to finance 5, 5 millions our real project and request 55.000 euro to escrow at certain woodbleach - rotterdam. very suspect this- I NO PROCEEDE

We have just been informed by the "Escrow Agent" that they wired the $250000 in escrow funds to Balimo Investments AG which is in direct violation of the "Escrow Agreement". Escrow agent by the terms and conditions of the "Escrow Agreement" was to keep in its complete possession at all times the escrow funds until one of two things occurred: (1) Default of Lender. This has already occurred; thus escrow funds should've been sent back to RSA Funding ASAP (borrower); or (2) Balimo Investments AG makes funds transaction to RSA Funding after which the escrow funds are returned to RSA Funding within 72 hours.
