Kln motors in anna nagar east has the most worst service center in chennai. I am writing from my own experience the service center has extreamly poor customer service they make u wait for every small thing and talk so brazenly as if they are servicing your bike for free the people who take down the job sheet are laymen and arrogant fellows who are first rate porikis they man handle ur bike in front of you and charge you for un necessary extra s which they dont even notify you about and they do an extreamly poor job of even the regular service and your bike develops new problems which it previously did not have and above all they do not notify you about the time of delivery and to cancel the job sheet they charge rs25 for just taking the job sheet book and filling it

hopeless service neglition about customer they wont give full information

And one of their branch at redhills was the most known place for the thieves who loot petrol from all of the bikes. The same thing happened to me yesterday, like i gave my bike for changing the wheel baring (rear). And they have told me some rubbish reasons
for not doing the complaints. After having a great moments with them, finally they had done it. And really those peoples acts like real
mental disorder persons. I would like to share my opinion and possible reasons with all of you people like,
1. The poor management with low quality standards
2. More work load assigned to less technicians
3. Poor salary for the technicians
4. More work time for the technicians. These are the very few reasons for the company lacking behind.
Kindly consider these things to improve the quality of your services. My compalint no was 2722 / TN 20 AW 1989. PULSAR RED 150 CC. And the worst case is the looting of petrol from the bikes nowadays by the technicians. It is showing the company's standard of quality.

Yes Sir i totally agree with u, i had got my bumble bee( pulsar 200 ns) from them n when the service time came they gave it to me back without incresing the coolant level i even showed them that it was below the min level n they wer like no sir its correct. i went to the showroom n they again took me to the service center and got it done for me. it has really dirty ppl whu r not aware how to service the new bike. next time i'm sure i'm ot going to them
