I have taken alliance bajaj life insurance policy on 25 May 2008. As I am working in Bahrain, I had handed over different post dated cheques to one of the agents for timely payment of premiums till my next vacation. When I checked status of my policy, found lapse from 25 Aug 2008. At the same time money for insurance premium was with drawn on 22 Aug.
I lodged a complaint on 16th Oct to bajaj customer centre and by miracle my premium paid on 17th Oct 2008.
I sent a lot of letters to their customer care. But in vain. I was simply getting some built-in messages from their system saying that they have been working on my complaint and I am their valuable customer.
This is the 21st day after my complaint. SO all customers and would be customers, please beware. What will will you call these type of activities? Cheating ???? Breach of faith???? Please think twice.
