BAJAJ LIFE / POOR CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE
I joined in Bajaj life insurance on 25 May 2008 and my policy # is [protected]. Being resident of Bahrain, I had handed over 5 post dated cheques to one of the agents of their Alleppey division for timely payment of my premium till Aug 2009 i.e. my next vacation.
When I checked my policy via net on 16th Oct 2008, I found this policy bacame lapsed due to non payment of premium. But one of the premium cheques was encashed on 22nd Aug as my premium was due on 25 Aug. When I lodged a complaint on 16th Oct, my premium paid on 17th Oct.
Is it a miracle? If I had not lodged my complaint, then..? I died during lapse period of this policy, then??? I had written a lot of letters to their customer care and respective branches.
Readers, I have all its written proofs. Who was using my premium money?? Why my requests are replyless from Bajaj insurance authorities??? YES. Something wrong. Certainly wrong. That is why they are mum.
I am a military Ex-servicemen and was transferring my pension to this insurance. My each every drop of sweat, spent to attain this money will certainly curse this organisation and people.
Now one month is going to complete after lodging this complaint to get a satisfactory reply.
Now you decide it is cheating or not? If any gentleman and lady from Bajaj insurance, read this article, could you suggest what steps I have to take get justice??? I am not care about myself. I do not want to repeat similar incidents to anybody. That is all.
