Bajaj / Bajaj Discover / LAST in design and WORST in quality
This is regarding my Discover bike which I own. You may be unaware what a customer of BAJAJ undergoes when he own a product of BAJAJ. I am writing this to you for your information only and not with any other intension. I am very disturbed by what has happened to my bike & i could not keep it to myself. If you really think customer is first, then please do read this.
I own a Bajaj Discover ES. Ever since i bought this bike there was an unusual sound coming from the chain box. Experts from bajaj themselves could not solve this till date. In a span of 8,000 kms experts from bajaj have attended my bike 8 times and have changed the chain & the chain sprockets 3 times, which itself tells that the problem exists. I have all those job card copies & the vehicle history in which all these things are recorded.
I also had requested for email id of Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, but I was not given.
Finally seeing the problem not being solved I requested for replacement of the vehicle or refund the cost of the vehicle. But Service Department, Pune) did not agree to it. And I approached the consumer court, but unfortunately i lost the case. But the problem still exits in my bike for which nobody in BAJAJ(be it an expert) has a solution to.
