Scam
I received several calls from Incentive Marketing Group that we are selected for a cruise award which we only pay $93/pp in advance for a promised weekend cruise trip of our choice of date & within their offer, and we have 18 mos. to plan. We also received some document and a form to choose 03 departures dates. I again received a letter indicated that someone from this office will contact me 45 days of my first chosen date to confirm our departure date. It pass 45 days, and there is nobody call me. I called them to inform the date & cruise I selected, they asked me to pay $319/pp more for boarding fees. Saying that the $93/pp we pay before is only to secure our travel date (?). I ask for what is included in $319/pp package, they gave me the most cheapest package for NCL Sky which is on sales online for $309/pp at this time. I called them back & got to talk to an impatience agent name Rich. I tried to get them confirm for what do I get by paying in advance, while I can get it now for even lower cost. He gave me all crap and said that what I signed on the contract. Since I am not the only one who is fooled by this group of thieves, I wonder if there is anyway we can stop them from fooling people further.

Fees being quoted are additional fees required to finalize booking. These fees are not new as they were disclosed when the trip was purchased. IMG is here to fulfill the promotion but must follow the terms and conditions. We will be happy to find a day that works for your mother and extend the promotion out.
They are still hard at work scamming people. No one is immune and nothing is sacred. My mother is 65 and on a fixed income. She paid the $88 for 2 people. She has sent in date requests twice and never gets the "confirmation itinerary". They told her she had 18 months to book her cruise. That 18 months expires day after tomorrow. She has called the number that was on the date request form many times. When she has reached someone they have tried to get more money from her for different reasons. Fortunately she has never had the amounts they wanted and so hasn't sent them more. This is the current number they are using [protected]. This is the address to which the confirmation forms were sent. Incentive Marketing Group, Premium Cruise Award, PO Box 350, Geneva, IL 60134. They always claim they sent a packet back to her and try to get more money when she calls.
We too were called by Incentive Marketing Group out of Geneva, IL informing us that we could go on this cruise for $88 per person (that was to cover the taxes). The reason it was so cheap was because of the recession and the cruise lines just wanted to fill the boats because they make their money from gambling and alcohol on the ship. I checked it out on the internet and BBB and it all looked legit, so we paid and invited our friends to go with us and they also paid. I booked the cruise and never heard a word. I called them at [protected] and got the run around from a "man" who was arrogant and a real jerk by the name of Ralph. He informed me to call back 6-8 weeks before the scheduled trip... I did. I again got this jerk Ralph and he gave me the slip again. I finally got Eric in "booking" and he told me they needed another $281.60 per person... a total of $370.00 per person... I could have gotten it cheaper from Carnival Cruise Lines direct! They are a rip off... please don't make the same mistake we made... now I have to tell me kids we can't go!
