I am escalating it as I have not received appropriate response from [protected]@bagrrys.com. I have raised it on 31st Jul. They response was very strange: " It is a promotion that Bagrry did for some vendor so they can't help it".
The fact is there was no branding on promotional item and it was within the Baggry Museli packet so Baggry should be responsible.
Product details:
Bagrry's Fruit n Fiber.
B.no MFNF090 pkd 31Mar 21.
The packet reads free caramelized walnut 15g sample pack inside.
The free sample was really stale and soggy. It spoiled my taste when i had it.
i never expect such poor quality of item that Bagrry is promoting.

I m a regular consumer of Bagrrys Fruit and Nut Muesli with Cranberries, I used to purchase this product from amazon .Today an accident was going to happen because of this product.while eating this something stucked badly in my throat and surprisingly it was the seed of date. I am uploading the picture also.We r not expecting to hv these kinds of things with paying so much of money.I want to know what you will do know in tis matter.If my son would have it then who will take the responsibility.
Contaminated White Oats by Bagrrys India Limited
A 1 kilo packet of White Oats bearing batch no. WO [protected] manufactured by M/s Bagrrys India Ltd, New Delhi and sold in Reliance retail showroom at Vijayanagar, Mysore 16 was found to have been contaminated with kerosene and inedible and poisonous. A mail addressed to [protected]@bagrrys.com on Thu, 30 Jun 2011 12:47:22 IST alerting them on this topic did not elicit any reply.
It is obvious M/s. Bagrry India Limited is not too much concerned about their customers or the quality of their own products. At a point of time in the history of India when Anna Hazare has been fighting against corruption, Messrs. Bagrrys India Limited, typically have chosen to remain silent about this contamination in their food packets.
All readers may kindly take this as a warning against buy packets of white oats sold by this company.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Myself found some fungus and some Caterpillar before the 30 days of expired and also it was very bad experience
They are selling wheat and not oats. It is completely different from quiker oats.
