Bagger Bags vtx 1800 daymaker and adapter ring

Order this from them and it took 8 weeks to recieve which their website said was in stock...Got the products and the adapter ring looks like a 3rd grade playdough project. Needless to say it doesnt work and I tried calling and messaging them. That was useless they didnt bother to answer until the return deadline passed. Said the ring they sent me was bad and they would send me another one. That was over 3 weeks ago and still nothing and no response to phone or text. This company is a rip off stay away. Had I known they had a BBB rating of "F" i would have never purchased from them.

Bagger Bags down and out 6" fender drop and bags

Fender is incorrect! Period. The gap below the seat when the fender is matched up to the bags is well over 5" and there is nothing then to mount the fender to. I called several times prior to purchace and whomever I talked to assured me over and over that this kit would fit my 2015 road glide. Erick is the sales guy whom always responds but that means nothing because he has no understanding of mechanical stuff for mounting. Fine. But the shop itself WILL NOT respond to phone calls, they dont answer, they wont return calls. It is just Erick over and over saying it will fit which it absolutely will not. The lines will not match up, there is nothing to mount the fender to, it sits right on the tire which obviously wont work.

Bagger Bags Poorly manufactured daymaker headlight

I ordered a Daymaker Headlight for my 2012 HD Road Glide for Baggerbags. When I received the product, it was in a beat up, torn, bubble wrapped package. I opened up the package to find the light for a was poorly constructed & defected. The dual lights were mounted unevenly, the fiberglass mold which housed the lights was misshaped & cracked, 2 out of the 8 mounting studs were broken and 2 out of the 6 pieces on hardware that mounts the light to housing were stripped. I just spent $430 for this product & it looks like a 2 old year child manufactured it. I Contacted baggerbags with my compliant. I could not get ahold of a representative on the phone, only via email. The representative tried to convince me to exchange it for a different part & fought not to refund me. I sent the Part back to Baggerbags for a complete refund. Its been over a month & still no refund. They wont respond to my emails or voicemails. So, I guess Im out $500, Thanks Baggerbags!

Ordered my headlight last month sit here wondering no communication was 300 dollars first time ordering here and will be the last

I ordered my daymaker headlight over 2 months ago and so far the only way I know the order went through was that they charged my credit card. They do not reply to emails. I have called about 20 times in the last 2 months only to get them to answer twice. Left message but never got a call back.
Both times that I talked to him he said it would ship out the next day or two. The last time I talked to him was about 2 weeks ago. I still got nothing.
Both excuses were different on why it was held up... I believe he has NO intention of sending my headlight.
After doing some investigating, I have never dealt with a company that had so many complaints. Sounds like they just ignore you until you go away.

Bagger Bags Bags were in good shape, not bad at all

Writing this review to let everyone know that I personally think bagger bags is a good company. I ordered a bagger kit from them on 2/18/16 of this year. Like most of you guys I kept seeing these reviews and thought to myself "oh man, is it really true" so i called them up and asked myself. They explained to me their side of the story and I decided to take a risk. I got in on a sweet deal they had on one of their social media sites for $550 back during that time for my 07' glide and i like the way it turned out. Got some 5" bags, replacement fender with speaker lids. Came in around 3 weeks and even though they were rough, everything lined right up. Took me about an hour to line it up and I love how it looks. Now jsut trying to gather some money to take her to paint. I attahced some pictures for you guys to see.

Good overall company. I cant really say I had a bad experience with them. Everyone I spoke to treated me swiftly and well. Have recommend buddies to them and now their prepping there kits for paint as well

Bagger Bags - The starched bags were bad-quality and you have only 7 days to return them

Don’t buy starched bags for bikes from Bagger Bags Inc. I have ordered the set and it arrived, but the quality was poor and these bags were made from low-quality materials. I requested full refund, because these bags couldn’t be used. The seller ignored me within 7 days and after that he sent email, where he said that they provide only 7 day return policy. They scammed me.
