I heard a lot about Badoo and decided to give it a try and made an account there. And I must say that I'm very disappointed with this site, it's terrible and full of scammers. I even reported one Badoo user because he was sending me terrible pictures! But it seems like Badoo moderators don't care about that, they did not reply anything and nothing was done to protect me. In my opinion Badoo is not safe to use, and even if something happens there will be no help from them!
I did not find anything interesting about the site itself, it's just a regular social network. Do not waste your time here.

I purchased a one week subscription of £3.50 on 11/02/17. I checked my bank statement and as well as this amount, £20.99 has been charged to by card. When I emailed the support team, the response I received said my previous payment details had been used by myself to do a one click purchase of £20.99.

1. I manually entered my card details for the payment, I did not 'one click'
2. I selected the £3.50 box and confirmed this
3. I have never submitted my payment details before
4. I got a confirmation email for the £3.50 and not for £20.99 because I did not select it

I would like the £20.99 refunded, an apology for trying to fraudulently take money out of my account, then lie about it/cover it up by accusing me of doing things I did not do. I also want my card details removed from your database. If not, I will be reporting Badoo for fraudulent online activity.

Badoo forces me to enter my telephone number before it is even possible to access my profile. Unfortunately, the call never comes ... They have no problem charging my PayPal account and therefore know darn well who I am, so what's this nonsense supposed to be good for?

Their pretexts for demanding selfies, phone verification and other bullocks are ridiculous anyway: since sending messages and pretty much doing anything costs money, they make quite a nice income from messages sent to fraudsters. To identify them, all they would have to do is browse the profiles like customers have to do it, then the false ones would be obvious without any further ado.

I have never been on badoo. Never installed your app ever, you have been using my informations and my pictures without my permission, giving away my personal details such as my snapchat my instagram and any other messaging apps and where I live. I am honestly appealed and shocked at how unprofessional this set up is, for months i've been getting messages off guys harassing me that I have been on badoo I did not even know what badoo was and at first just blocked them but I took it upon myself to find out and I have never been so angry that some app would take my information and pictures without my permission and use them! My name martina blake I was on badoo over. Yr and half ago but cancelled account. I've since found out through friends that there 3 accounts in my name with picsmary too. I have not signed up again and have no intention of either. I wanthave these accounts taken down immediately and if someone try again please delete immediately. This is second time this has happened within a matter of mths. Accounts apparently have me as fromI Dublin, kilbarrick and Drogheda. If this happens again or not taken down I be contacting my solicitor. Thanks.

Event number For your information this is the event number for stolen identity E479257689 police report made at Gosford police station on 26/01/2017 badoo needs to refund all money deducted from my credit card as it was used unlawfully i have tried numerous times with emails to resolve this issue however they keep saying I joined even though I have given them the event number and details of the police station i have reported it to

If you plan to use this app, make sure to deactivate your credit card info or simply delete it from your app settings, or you will be automatically be charged for any of their services, even if it is by mistake.

In my case, I got the usual annoying pop up, which doesn't even ask you to confirm your order, you can't even press back. If you were in the middle of liking or disliking a users photo you might "accidentally" place an order. I now owe them $49.99!

Based on their terms I don't qualify for a refund.

BEWARE OF SCAM!

This site is the worst site for scamers ever. You read a person profile I was talking to one guy his profile said he was from Pacolet SC he was from Ohio.another time profile said Charlotte NC he wwasbtro Parris. Talked to one tonight profilebgastonia NBone NC he was from San Fransisco.. now that is out right lying n as long as this site condoneds this behavior I will take my profile down and I won't pay a dime.

Pls how can I restore my Badoo back on track, I got block reactivated my account but I can send messages but can't receive any feedback from my contacts, what is going on with my account.

I found out that they stole 14.99£ from my account, I ask you kindly to refund the money. I didn't any purchase on your web site.

I have an old account, I bought once in past but the last one was not authorized from me.

I did not ask for anything extra. You have stolen from my credit card without my knowledge.

There seems to be a default setting that customers are not aware of that allows you to automatically take money from peoples credit cards.

I never got any receipt or email confirmation about these payments, it was only when I checked my bank account that I noticed.

I would like badoo to refund me my 14.99£ because they took money at thief free will

I closed my account, days ago but when I got the app was. For free I only be there a couple days and never bought nothing offered by Badoo, I only I could talk to a few people and then Badoo said that I had to wait 24 hours to speak, badoo always offered more credits but I never did and never authorized any payments

My phone was stolen on Tuesday and someone accessed my o2 contract account and spent £28.00 on games using Badoo to access a company called Fortuna.com. I have spoken to O2 and Fortuna and they have advised me to contact you to see if you will review the charge considering the circumstances. Hi guys,

After testing the app for a few days, I decided to buy the max. Credits for thb 1, 200. - but that did still not 'unlock' blurred photos, so I spent again the maximum for lifetime superpowers (Thb 1, 800. -)... Altogether almost usd 100. - but instead of getting more service and access, I got less service and can now see only 1 photo of others - instead of all photos - which were all shown - before I paid anything... That's pretty outrageous to reduce my access to photos after paying the maximum fees !

Please not that I don#t want to post more photos of myself - and that should not be the criteria for seeing all photos of others, who apparently don't mind to post so many pix of themselves... So please fix this nonsense and restore my free access to all photos - just as before I (Foolishly) paid, expecting more service and access... Not less !

Hope to get a quick reply and that you can solve that problem... Or refund my money in full !

Please do note that I take this block as a warning notice and will make sure this does not happen again. I made some good friends and does not want to lose them because of this block. I never broke any rules re the use of this app.
I was using the mobile app this afternoon in fact..Now i found that I can't log in to my Badoo account.

I just saw a message saying, "This account has been blocked..check your email for details.", But there are NO details in my email!

I'd like to know just what happened. What lead up to my account being blocked and how would I go about getting it unblocked?

Someone made a fake profile of me with my pictures and my name and I did not make the account. I want the account taken down both of them they are both in my name with two different pictures. Whoever made the account is talking to men sending them pictures of me and sending them into my job. I would like to know who is doing this and have that person prosecuted

My account with an email address [protected]@yahoo.com was recently blocked for unknown reason to me.

Have always been chatting decently on the network with full compliance to all laid down rules read prior to registering my profile.
I will appreciate if my account can be unblocked to enable me to keep chatting with my friends on badoo.

Hello... I signed up badoo as. Long as 5 years ago... With my email address sarahrina6 @ gmail. Com. I was in Dubai and my friend had access to my badoo account and changed my pictures to hers. That account was blocked and I can understand that. So I opened another account [protected]@gmail.com. After using the account for a while, That account was blocked for no reason, I opened another account with my number it was blocked for no reason.. I have been re registering and as I just finish my registration I account get blocked and tired of trying to sign up for badoo .. Cos I have done nothing . Pls help me out.
