I received an email stating i had subscribed to the Badoo Premium service at a cost of £119.99. I had not requested this service.
I have complained to customer services and their response is poor. They are stating that because i had made a previous transaction my account details were now linked to a one click subscription method. Again i believe this to be unfair as i never gave authorisation for a one click method (like you have to on Amazon).
As this service is used via mobile phone i can only suspect that i have subscribed by accident (maybe in my pocket) or someone else has accessed my phone. I seriously would never want this service or use it.
All they have done is refer to terms and conditions. I believe this is irreverent as their methods and practices are immoral and open for misuse.
I now have been charged for something i neither want or use or can afford!
Any help would be appreciated

Hello,
I also have a situation that sounds like this. I accidentally paid for credits for 150$ because of the one click buy (I accidentally accepted the purchase with my thumb through the touch button, I did not mean to). I have emailed badoo and I have not gotten a response and it is really stressing me out since I don't have the money to pay for these credits that I don't even intend on using. I would like my money back, since they say we can get a refund within 14 days. I just hope they reply to me before that deadline.

Hello,
I also have a similar situation. My account was charged for premium membership. I instantly messaged them that I don't want this membership and that I want a refund. They replied that they don't give refunds because I used the account. Which is just an blatant lie. When I noticed that my card was charged I instantly contacted them. Even according to their terms it says that within 14 days a refund will be given. I also can't afford to have money stolen from me.
