I was offered a free trial until september 2nd 2018 and was charged for two 49.99 payments on my visa debit card. this is a scam and is theft and i demand a refund of my money. i have cancelled my subscription but i am out twice the amount of your regular premium service instead of a free trial. it took me about 2 hours or about 5 bunk contacts to figure it out!. bad period..
They're scamming people by contacting them (me) with phony profiles... then.. when you've used up "contact credits", they ramp up the luring contact activity.. such as.."Annie has favorited you.. contact her now to see blah blah" + and that's the simplicity of the their scam.. Fortunately, I only paid for a week.. 7 or 8 bucks.. I'd be out for blood if t were more..

unauthorized recurring payments
Today I was shocked to discover that a one time payment I recently made to Badoo dating site was without my knowledge converted to a WEEKLY! recurring payment. So for a single payment I actually made 4 additional unauthorized payments were added, before I discovered and canceled it. Of course I did not authorize any recurring payments to Badoo.
These payments went through PayPal. I've already reported this issue to PayPal and demanded my money back.

Both paypal and badoo replied its my fault and they can do nothing to help me...
1. I did not subscribe to Badoo Premium. I bought a certain amount of credits for a certain amount of money.
2. I did not enter any kind of "billing agreements".
3. I never authorised any kind of "recurring charges".
4. I can not cancel a "billing agreement" I've never signed or agreed to in the first place.
5. Thanks for apologies, but it is not an "inconvenience", it is a fraud.
6. I do have a further question: when will I get my stolen money back?

amount deduction
I had used my PayPal account to pay some amount to be too.i.e. approximate 2 dollars. And while doing the transaction I did not check the box which is meant for saving my PayPal account for future transactions. After completing this single transaction inadvertently I touched the payment option again on the touch screen and automatically money got deducted from my account which is not supposed to be the way as I did not save my account details for future transactions and badoo must have prompted to login to PayPal again. By this 2nd payment without my consent I got furious and I was trying to go back to home page and again inadvertently touched the screen where there was payment option, again not prompting me to login to PayPal.
Immediately I complained to PayPal but same time what ever credit points I got by 2 unwanted transactions also vanished. Now I lost money and list credit points too.
Already 8 days now and I don't think Badoo will require to conclude this open shut case byb refunding my money.
Already 4 days after sending a private message to badoo with all the details and requesting my money back, Still no reply from them...

My old account was blocked due to breaking of the violations I was not aware of. I opened another account with my email [protected]@gmail.com only to wake up and realize it's been blocked. Please open the account back because I have a person I met on the sight whom I want to go and greet today later in the day but his contact information is in the message he sent to me. Today I have just been told badoo is using my information to advertise there site..this has caused me great distress amongst the family and my partner. .I deleted this site over 8 months ago. And haven't been on this site since..I am discusted that they an do this ..this has destroyed any sort of relationship I had left with my partner. ..which I amay furious about .it makes me feel sick to my stomach.
I paid only for a week and they are charging me on my credit card and other week that I do not signed for it.

I received a text message from my bank in Pakistan dated 30 July 2018 that my card has been used at Badoo.com dated 29th July 2018 (Time difference of UK) for a transaction of 199.99 GBP. credits bought without my permission
Hello,
Today I checked my paypal account and I saw that 39, 99 euros was taken out of my paypal account. I don't know what it was used for but I saw that Badoo took it out. I did not click on increasing popularity, buying credits or badoo premium. The only thing of 39.99 euros which I see is the refilling of 2750 credits. I currently have 0 credits in my account so this cannot be possible. I think you can also check in your system that I did not actually use any credits except for the initial purchase of 100 credits which was 2 euros. Can you explain to me what exactly happened, and if there is a possibility of a refund.

premium service
I have been charged twice now for premium service when I did not ask for it. The first time I thought ok, it might be a mistake really... As the customer service insisted I read the terms and conditions and that I agreed to a subscription service. He never mentioned the fact that they have a 14 day refund policy to which I asked for 10 minutes after they took the money from my account. Now again they have taken my money for a second time after I spoke to the first cudtomer service and he confirmed to me that the servoce has been cancelled. Beware this company is fishy. First off, I never subscribed to any service at all so how can there be a reoccuring service added. I want a refund.

Badoo Premium has been charging me £17.99 per month for the last four months at least with no authorisation, as I have never signed up to Badoo Premium. They bill me through iTunes, which has a continuing payment authority on my credit card as this is compulsory with an AppleID. While I have occasionally bought Badoo credits, I am not interested in the Premium service. I have tried complaining to iTunes but have got nowhere so far.

Let me share my experience i had with badoo today. I was using badoo on my iphone when the window came up offering me badoo premium. I have closed the widnow but to my surprise the next widnow poped up saying i just purchased life time badoo premium (119pounds) ;O. I was in schock coz i did not agree to that. I've contacted them as soon as possible but all they did was hide behind their no refund policy. After replying to my emails twice then they must decided to just ignore me coz i did not hear from them any more. I understand there may be no refounds if u intentionally buy something but i did not wanted, the website does it for you. Seeing other posts im not the first one to experience this. I may be taking it to the small claims court.
Got all the emails if someone wantsd to see them.

I signed up for a $29 one month joining fee for premium services and was rudely shocked when I noticed 2 payments on my credit card totalling over $141 I contacted badoo representatives and they said I joined a lifetime premium package and it's not refundable all I did was click on the $29 box and fill.
