Badoo badoo premium

I upgraded to Badoo premium service but only meant to do so for the shortest subscription period which costs £4.99, but then received an email saying that I had subscribed for a life-long subscription costing £119.99. Being on benefits this is far more than I can afford.

I asked Badoo for a refund and explained my mistake. Their website states that:

"Once you have paid for any premium services, you have the right to cancel and be reimbursed for all payments received within 14 days. If you wish to cancel please let us know via Feedback Page.
Please note that if you choose to download any of the Content which forms part of any paid for service within the 14 day period, you may lose this right. After the 14 days have expired, the paid for services are non-refundable."

Badoo responded to say that refunds are not available for their premium services because:

"Unfortunately, since you instantly receive the benefits of Badoo Premium once purchased, this type of service is non-refundable. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we're only able to refund services that have not been downloaded."

So, firstly they state that they offer a refund for Badoo Premium within 14 days of the purchase, but that "if you choose to download any of the Content which forms part of any paid for service within the 14 day period, you may lose this right." At the same time, given that they say that "you instantly receive the benefits of Badoo Premium once purchased" which effectively invalidates your refund, this means that refunds are not available in any circumstances.

I think this is sharp practice.

The responses from Badoo are just generic copy and pastes.

Badoo blocked account

Well where do I start basically I had 2 accounts blocked now and I really did love this site because of all the nice people I have made friends with but no my photos kept getting mpderated when there was no rude ones its not fair atoll I really want my account back because I did nothing wrong my ex boyfriend wants revenge on me after what happened to me please guys I'm begging you I did nothing wrong

Badoo premium subscription fraud

I subscribed myself for a trial version of the app on 03-12-2018 but within a day or two i realised that the premium subscription was not satisfactory so i decided to unsubscribe. When I tried to find a option in the app to unsubscribe, i did not got any option to do it so i just removed my payment method (card details) thinking that this would automatically cancel the subscription upon finishing of trial period.

But on 18-12-2018, the money was automatically detected from my bank. On reaching the customer care, they accept that i have removed my payment method but are not willing to refund my amount.

I have told them to delete my account as I do not require premium services but this is not helping me to get my refund.

My Problems with the company are stated below:
1. Misuse of card information
2. Storing card information without consent
3. Lack of information shared on email and app interface
4. No reminder information from the company before deduction
5. Problem in APP as it does not give any option to user for canceling of subscription.

Badoo company is not refunding my money

In Badoo dating app, while I am trying buy 100 credits cost of $1.25 (Rs 90) I will generally click next but it shown had taken premium membership and amount of $45.16 (Rs 3245) is deducted from my account along with Rs90 . I am not desiredfully did that . So, can u please refund my money and also cancel my membership .
The amount was deducted on [protected]:06:31 IST.
It was happened accidentally and also I did not know about the premium membership .
I just opened my account on 13-12-2018 and I am checking for updates
The company insist that they will not honour their 14 day refund policy in this case.
Can u provide any refund and help me to get out of my money

The same thing happened with me.I filed a merchant dispute with my Credit Union to dispute the charges charged to my account by Badoo.I encourage you and anyone else who were victims of this fraudulent practice to do the same.Badoo Trading Company will eventually held accountable and will have to face serious consequences.

Badoo fake profile

My name was Kgotlelo on Badoo, 29, South African. I deleted the account. I was chatting to someone called Mark( a western guy), he claimed he is a civil engineer for International Hotel Group (IHG). Hus number is +[protected]. I deleted our chats when i was angry and had suspicions.
Please see the photos of the daughter he claims is his in an IHG shirt. He claimed he's 35 years, currently working in California and will return to his house in Sandton, South Africa and that originally he's from Durban, South Africa. He wanted to send me a christmas gift which he wanted me to pay R2500 for, i declined. He also tried to send me various clothing brands he claimed he had orders for., i refused to receive them.
When Superb shipping company called, they wanted me to pay money into the FNB bank account before they deliver my gift. The consignment number showed the package had been delivered to a lady called Ms NJJ Manuel from a different province in Western cape, South Africa. He never video called when i asked him too. He claimed the shipping company uses the wrong address (as you can see on the various photos). I believe a african guy(photo attached) calling himself Jayden Mike on Facebook is pretending to be a white guy who works at IHG. At 1st he told me the daughter was 9 years, but the photo(attached) of the lady looks like she's older. He stopped communicating with me when i confronted him and stilk using the white guy's photo.

Please assist to block him on Badoo to prevent others falling victim to his scams and to prevent the real guy's identity from being tarnished .

Badoo account recovery

My account has been blocked. I was sent an email on how to recover it which I didn't see on time. And now the email its not working again. I never use my account for commercial. If there is any thing I've to do to recover it. Please I need it back. I than tried to open another and another and another all where still blocked. Reply me [protected]@gmail.com.

Badoo blocked account

I checked on my account about 12 hours ago, and it was perfectly fine. I found some messages that I wasn't able to open then. When I tried opening it now, I wasn't able to log in. I tried logging in using my mobile number, but I couldn't. Then I tried using my Facebook, but still couldn't. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but still no good. I never violated any polieof the app. Can you please help me log back in?

Badoo hotornot. why hot or not is taking 4€ from me every three days?

First, sorry my bad english. English is not my first language.
Today i noticed that hotornot has taking my money even tho i have canceled premium.
I rarely even use it and i have not bought or used any credit. I have lost over 200€ because of this. For real i need that money back if it is possible.
I added some photos as proof

I tried to contact hotornot staff earlier but i signed up with my phonenumber so i dont now where the response message will pop up.

Badoo unauthorized payment

I have been charge for a total of $159.99 for the premium subscription from badoo but I didn't not purchase this feature nor do I want this feature. When I contacted customers service they said I could not obtain a refund because it is downloaded content. This clearly goes against their terms of conditions which states that all premium subscription can be refunded with 14 days of the purchase. This is Fruad and theft, I need my money to be refunded by badoo.

Badoo account blocked

Yesterday 12-Nov-2018 one if the guys reported me to badoo customer services that my photos have been stolen although I have earlier done a photo verification on badoo.com

I also have a phone number verification and a paid subscription.

This is my new account which I reopened after being blocked for the same reason.

When I questioned their support team they kept saying you have breached our guidelines without a more specific reason.

The guy who reported me had a video call with me on WhatsApp and did apologize and sent a feedback that those photos are genuine and it was a mistake.

Now, I demand for my rights
-a full repayment of all the services subscriptions I have done.
-My account needs to be unblocked.
-They need to change the integrity of their systems and review their transparency in not blocking immediately anyone for a FAKE REPORT BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE'S MOOD CHANGES and they MUST TELL THE PERSON WHAT REASON MADE THEM GO SO FAR.
-There is a very annoying and provokative yet offending sentence at the end of their reply saying "Please note that this decision is final, and no exceptions can be made."

I consider myself seriously offended now and my rights have been abused.

Badoo badoo premium services

Hi
I am a regular user of Badoo Since 1 year I have my credit card synced with Badoo for one click purchase one payment of INR 5045 or 69.45 dollars was unwillingly done without my willingness due to accidental swipe. After I came to notice about it. I immediately contacted Badoo for the same . They tried to tell me it's a downloaded service and hence they will not replay me but in their terms which is updated they have promised to Honor 14 day reimbursement for such services which they are neglecting by changing words. The terms clearly specify if the services you will download content which I have not then only they will nullify it. Badoo is going back on his words and I feel cheated even though being a loyal and satisfied customer since years . The revert I got is propostorous as they say it is downloaded which is obvious when you pay for any service it is downloaded. I attached the revert and their terms and conditions too .

Yesterday I was on the Badoo app and a femal I suppose had me blocked, because she was upset that she couldn't see my photos!

I abide by the terms and conditions set out before using the app...so really Im the one being taken advantage of and sort of bullied.

You can gladly read the action between myself "T.J." and the for no reason of mine disgruntled femalw user "lulu" from Luton,

Badoo auto charge my credit card!

Badoo auto charge my credit card where i do not intent to purchase the credit. Im using my paypal account only for this transaction but Badoo did not inform me of the auto charge service. It is without my approval. This is very unethical business scheme. Please refund me back!

Badoo is a scam. Do not get cheated as they will automatically charge your credit card once you linked them. Beware all!

Badoo blocked account

I signed in to badoo 2014, then in 2016 I was blocked and each time I tried to sign up a new account they will block me. I have even tried using a different phone number, different yahoo account and Gmail account but they keep blocking me and giving me the that I have gone against the rules and regulations. Please kindly unblock my account and I will abide to the rules and regulations thanks

Badoo account blocked and im only setting it up

How can i be blocked and ive not even started to use it . . . I onky activated it this morning and went to log in and been told now i am blocked ?

It says

" Your account has been blocked
Some of our users have reported that you're using Badoo as a couple or group. We don't allow this, it goes against our Terms and Conditions. We have decided to remove you from our platform.

If this doesn't sound right, contact our support team. Please do not try to reactivate your account or create a new one."

Badoo premium service

I made a purchase for 100 credits for $2 and when checked my banking the next day, I was also charged for the lifetime premium service of 144.99 as well as $80, which I did not authorize or click on. I got them reversed then when I checked my account today there was another $80 which I have to dispute. Whenontacted customer service I was given there generic reply that all purchase a are non refundable and that I must have clicked on it with their one click method. This is 100% not true or accurate. I understand a nonrefundable purchase and their policy but I did not consent to the lifetime premium purchase or authorize this charge which is why when noticed the next day on my statement, I am seeking this payment be reversed! So far no help from customer service.

Badoo badoo premium being charged without my consent

After reading through this board it seems to be a common occurrence. I authorized a few $2 charges on my account and before I know it they were trying to charge over $300 on my account. I was able to get all but one of the $80 charges reversed. This company is a fraud stay far far away from them. I am currently working with my banks fraud department to get the charge reversed

Badoo i'm complaining about a payment

I'm not using this app anymore but I've been charged anyway 4.99 for an premium service that I don't use, I don't have the app anymore and I want a refund. I've also got in website and unsubscribed since I'm not an user anymore. I've been using this app some time ago but since I'm not using it anymore I don't see the reason why I should be charged even without getting any notice about renewal or any kind of payment confirmation from my side. I've just seen that I'm being charged automatically without my consent and that's not a common sense of the service, with or without the T&C, for any reason, a payment should be signalised in manner that the user gives the consent of it. It's impossible that your service just take payment because once was used there any bank account for any kind of service that this application offers

Badoo automatic/unauthorized purchase of lifetime premium.

I bought 100 coins for 4CHF, just out of couriosity. A few seconds after that, it also bought "Badoo Lifetime Premium" for 150CHF! That purchase was unauthorized and never intended. Like many other people (https://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/badoo-premium-being-charged-the-premium-service-that-i-never-authorized-c980214.html & many more) this happened without me doing anything.
The Twitter Support is unwilling to help, because "I downloaded premium services" which I never did (on purpose). As soon as I saw that I "bought" that service I closed the app, and I didn't open it again, till the support removed thw premium feature from my account! If the App sends me messages who watched my profile, there is no way to disable that, without opening the app!
I simply do not have enough money, to "just say ok". 150 is a lot of money!
They didn't respond to any email or through the filed complaint via PayPal!
The Terms of Use say, that I can cancel it and get my money back within 14days ...

I hope this gets resolved soon...

P.S.: I also never got the 100coins, but that isn't really the problem right now...

Badoo no agreement to $39,99 charge for coins with no notice

I have recently created a Badoo account which was fine, when I just started first account premium and I got charged 39, 99 dollars on a product that I didn't even want, the solution to this would be a refund, this money was my last few resources and I hope I could get a refund because they are not used and still on my account.
