I would advise badoo to make up a rating system or something like this both for men and women. So if you met a liar or a gold digger, you could rate this person so everyone could see that this dude is not fair enough.

My profile was blocked. They stated that I have a fake profile. This is not true. My profile, first of all, is verified by Facebook and through photo verification. So, it should be reinstated. I think they need to do better, automated flagging or blocking on profile is not efficient.

I was on Badoo and purchase super power for only one time and enter the detail of my debit card. these [censor] charge me multiple times.they almost deduct $85from my account for nothing. from the date, 21st June to fist ofJuly and these [censor] are charging me for multiple time. On 7th of July I delete my account and on 8th of July, they again charge me. I just want to know if some how I can get my money back

I downloaded badoo and registered only yesterday evening and log on this afternoon only to find I have been blocked without a reason. While logged in a message popped up telling me there was an issue with a server. I pressed okay to which it logged me out. I re entered my number and password and now I get a message reading 'your account has been blocked, check your email for details' I have had nothing come through on my emails and did nothing wrong while using the site. Why has my account been blocked and is it permanent? I don't understand. I was also verified on all platforms bar twitter.

I have been arbitrarily blocked from Badoo.com more than onetime, one time with a eeason and four time without any reason, even though I have not violated terms of usage, it was first time I text few guys but they seems report me. 15 December 2016 I registered with Badoo and reported twice as a false identity.
However your site request a photo to identify me and I got rejected in every photo I used including the one I have on profile.
After a few rejection the badoo site reports did say profile will be deleted completely off the dating site and no one will see it.
Therefore I have emails since 15 December 2016 till Wednesday 22 June 2017 guys and girls see my profile photo and like it.
This is violating my privacy and misleading your customers what you are suppose to follow regarding terms and condition and your report system listed to customers what badoo site will do. Still my photo is showing onsite for people to see.

I have not received any objections from other members nor have I harassed anyone, though I have been harassed.. It is so easy to block members myself and leave them to their devices. In fact, I would have preferred to merely block them and not have to "tattle" in order to do the block. Never have I been given a reason for being blocked or questioned about my photos or given an opportunity to respond. You make it very difficult to do so because you have no good on line contact point. I paid a fee once and was blocked before the expiration. I thought to pay for lifetime membership but decided against it because of my negative experiences before. I believe that I should be reinstated, though I find it unlikely that your shoddy business practices will allow it. I will advise every one of my contacts with whom I have alternate methods of my experience and ask them to pass on information to their friends to seek alternatives to Badoo.com
