Badoo about money what is taken from my credit card by badoo

I have got information that my complaint is resolved, but it is not true.
That`s because I write one more time.

April 12, 2017 I have registrated in dating site www.badoo.com. For registrating in this site, I used e-mail what I practically don't use. This portal offered the option of subscribing the super-powers at a price of 15.99 euro for 3 months. To get this option, I have activated my credit card. Taking into account that badoo offered automatical subscription of super-powers again after 3 months, I left active my credit card. Since I used the portal www.badoo.com until October 21, 2017, when I in my internet banking found that during the period from 13 April 2017 until 20 October 2017 61 times amount of money 13.49 euro have been removed by www.badoo.com from my credit card - a total of 822.89 euro.

I wrote to badoo team asking to give me back this money. Badoo team have told me what I have activated subscription of points. And if my amount of points diminishes this amount of points returns and 13.49 EUR from my credit card goes to badoo team.
I many times have said to badoo team what I have not subscribe points. I didn`t want it. I subscribed super powers and that`s why I activated my credit card. Subscription of points for me is too expensive. My friends what are experts in internet have told me that it may be possible, that badoo have used some finesse for activate my subscription of points. But I hope that badoo company not acting in such way.

I asked to badoo team that I want to talk with management of the badoo company for discuss the possibility to give me back my money. For we could get the solution that is good for both sides.
But badoo team don`t give this information.

So I asked in my first complaint - that badoo company should give me back my money EUR 822.89 and for I can talk with management of badoo company about good offers from my side.

How answer to my first complaint here badoo Trading costumer service replied the same that before: "Monay from my credit card were sent to badoo company automatically because I chose the option 'Top up my Badoo Credits automatically when my balance falls below 200 credits' when I purchased Badoo Credits on their website. This feature is optional and I can turn it off anytime."

Dear badoo company - I would like to say one more time. I din`t want choose the option 'Top up my Badoo Credits (subscription of badoo points) automatically when my balance falls below 200 credits. I didn`t want purchase subscription of Badoo Credits (points) on badoo website and I didn`t activated subscription of badoo points.

I wanted subscribe super powers for at a price of 15.99 euro for 3 months. To get this option, I have activated my credit card. Taking into account that badoo offered automatical subscription of super-powers again after 3 months, I left active my credit card.

I `m convinced, that badoo company used situation that my credit card were active for by methods what know only badoo company activate my subscription of Badoo credits (badoo points).

I want to talk with management of Badoo about giving back my money. I can propose some interesting things - suggestions for that and I`m sure that we could get good solution for both sides.

Dear Badoo company! I did not want to choose the option 'Top up my Badoo Credits automatically when my balance falls below 200 credits. There is no option to turn auto top up on or off .
Nor when i bought the credits was there any information explaining the auto top up every time i get below 200 points .
so how can I stop this please ?

Badoo fake profile

Hi i have never joined badoo since a year ago when i got married i try to find my name on the web search suddenly i found out that someone made an account using my name and picture on this profile.these are totally lies. I do not like my details and picture being online like this when i had nothing to do with it. Please can someone help me how to remove this fake profile. Im getting stressed about it im married i have a great relationship with my husband and i dont want to ruined it just because of this fake profile with my picture on it.Please someone help me

Badoo to delete my account

I have tried to register on badoo but i mistakenly registered with my facebook account of which that involves my whole family and that wasn't what I had in mind to involve my whole family onto the dating site with my children.

If possible I want my account removed and i tried to remove it the profile wants a number to verify and am trying to do it with my number its rejecting the calls as I cant get the 4 digits to verify on my phone.

Badoo my account was blocked

Hi there,

I would like to contest the fact that my account was blocked on Badoo without any reason or evidence that I "scam" other users. One of your users tried to harrass me with calls on my phone and numerous messages on watsap. Because he wouldn't stop, I decided to block him on watssap and 24 hours later my accoint was blocked on Badoo. I would like to know if he is involved in taking the decission to block my account. His name was Sergio, as far as I remember. If this is the case then you are protecting an abuser and I contest your decission to block my accoint withouth any evidence that I scam people.

I have no interest in dating. my number is +91 [protected]. I don't know how my number is leaked. People are whatsapping me and asking for date which I am not interested in doing. Even I don't have a badoo account. Please delete my number if anybody is using this. Please check everyone's profile or I need to take action. I like the app badoo
I met my previous finance on there but recently some one stole photos of me
And the user titled the user name is [censored] [censored]it with photos of me
I do not live in West vancouver British Columbia
I am not 36 years old
I am  29 years old I can prove my age with my bc id so someone stole my photos and is using a fake profile with my face that makes me so mad
I work for a great company
I am a good person
I am not a negative derogatory fawul meaning it makes me sick
I do not harm anyone i am not gay i do not hurt kids so this makes me so mad my reputation is a good honest person not this crap
I want this profile deleted today

Badoo online dating service

I have been using Badoo for a while now as my 42 year old wife has passed away. I totally respect the site and have been always followed the companies terms and conditions of use but have had my account recently blocked. Someone has apparently reported me of sending spam to other users. I have no idea how to do this spamming especially when I am very restricted to what I can do anyway as I have not signed up for any membership. I can only sent two messages to other users if they liked me otherwise I cannot send anything. How can I use Badoo to send Spam?

There is obviously a user that has been dismissed by myself, has a chip on their shoulder and wants to cause me grief. I have dated a couple of women using Badoo but they did not work out.

I have been blocked on Sunday 15th Oct 2017 8:17am.

Please investigate this fraudulent claim and reinstate my account.
I would like to know who has made these fraudulent claims as they have caused me unwarranted distress. I want to also know how it is possible to send spam on Badoo, this is ludicrous?

Badoo my photos on a fake profile

This user is using my personal photos on a fake profile. I have attempted to report this along with friend on 3 different occasions. I any starting to become unhappy with how the situation is been dealt with. I am a hard working nhs professional and take things like the very seriously. This person could be taking part in unlawful event if not using the profile for sexual events. I would like some response and the profile removing, along with the user blocked. Surely this is against your policies and procedures and would be classed as unlawful behaviour. Criminal offence in that matter.

Badoo fake profile

Hi,
My name is Phoebe Pembleton and I have become aware that there are a number of fake profiles of me. The information on these fake profiles are completely incorrect including where the profiles were made as it is not where I live. A number of people have messaged me to let me know these profiles are fake and that they are getting catfished by the profiles. Please get this sorted as soon as possible I need them taking down as it is ruining my current relationship.

Badoo I don't recommend it

Girls, run away from this website if you don't want to be used for one night. Most men from badoo don't need serious relationships, they just look for young foolish girls who would fall for beautiful words and a couple of sh$$$y flowers.
Run run away.
I would advise badoo to make up a rating system or something like this both for men and women. So if you met a liar or a gold digger, you could rate this person so everyone could see that this dude is not fair enough.
Maybe you would prevent people from heartbreaking situations.

Hello I just recently reactivated my account a couple of days ago. This morning I was chatting to several new people I went to read the msgs and a pop up cane up saying oops we are sorry there is a problem with our server pls log in again which I did then I got a msg to say I’ve been blocked . How can that be when I’m only chatting not using offensive words or pictures . Please sort this out as I had made a couple of good friends thank you

I’m not understand why BADOO block my account and said I make sale product in badoo, absolutely I do not do anything in BADOO accept to found friend and dating.im really disappointed about that and lost many friend there, please hope u badoo can fix and unblock me again.

I don't understand why badoo blocked me. They said I was using a fake account which is FALSE ACCUSATIONS. I am against people who uses fake accounts, and I follow the rules of badoo and abide by its regulations. I am very disappointed because I've been using badoo for months now and it's my first time to use the app. BUT they blocked me. It's so unfair Badoo, you should've done a more proper investigation on this than to block someone with no warning. kindly unblock me Badoo, coz there are NO reasons for me to be blocked in the first place. THANK YOU!

My e mail is [protected]@gmail.com just went to log in to my account and it says you've blocked me and to check my emails well I've checked my e mails and there is nothing there and I've done nothing wrong so I would like you to unblock me please I did have a bit of bother of a man last night and this morning but I thought I sorted it by blocking him I don't know if this got anything to do with that but I don't see why I should be blocked because of him

Badoo blocked account

I was chatting on my badoo account just today only for me to get a message saying my account had been blocked the same day I created it. No reason was given for closing the account. I have lots of contacts on the app with whom I keep in touch with. Please help me unblock the account. I have had no fewer than 10 accounts blocked all within the last few months.

Badoo credits

Hello, there were 100 credits on my account, I got them downloading and using one app, I bought 100 more, then all of a sudden they all disappeared and the service I paid for was not provided.Moreover, when I tried to contact one of my previous interlocutors he did not get my message.Could you possibly sort this problem out.Thanks in advance.

I was busy chatting this morning when I received a message that I have been blocked! The message said I violated a law that forbids any advert, How? Why?I don't sell anything, I'm not into any business, if I was reported it will be because someone asked to make love with me and I declined, It's really not fair, I'm being blocked because I'm protecting my self esteem. You blocked my account saying that "I decieve other users"! How do I decieve users? Why did not ask me a question? Why do you belive users who lie? My account is veryfied by Facebook. Badoo extortion of money for very little reward.

Dear Person,

I have recently been a FULLY paid up member of your, money extracting, men abusing, BY WOMEN, dating site .

I paid for my super powers, they where not very super. I had to pay MORE MONEY, for credits, more money for boosts, more money to be seen, more money for more responses, just more money, more money, more money !

When I did get to send a message without the need for MORE MONEY !, I got no replies from most of the ladies, because most of them were, ignorant, stuck up their own backsides, creepy, prudish, complaining, hard nosed feminists !

What makes this all the more difficult to take, is the fact that most women get to operate the site for FREE ! Surly, this is gender discrimination ?

Your site is one big scam to extort money from men and give women the chance to do their most favourite pastime for nothing, which is beating up on men for showing them attention.

I hate your site, it is quite simply A RIP OFF !

Badoo my account was blocked

Hello,

I discovered my account was blocked today. Please note I have been using this account since 2015 and I have not been involved in any malicious act.

Please I will appreciate if my account is reinstated because I have lots of information locked in there. And also verify the reason behind the blockage because I believe lots of people are just pressing the block button on other users account without no just cause.

I will appreciate your swift response and action.
