I am concerned that this website ask you constantly to gamble with real money when it is so obvious that certain players have hacked into their system or it is their own game masters having a little fun. I am going to start a running list of players I observe who are clearly cheating and anyone who has played Backgammon for any length of time knows how to spot the cheaters. Today it was "Stylegymm" who cubed when she was already at a disadvantage and then managed to roll just the right roll 26 times in a row to win. Yea, that was't obvious.
Of course these players always block chat so you can't say anything as they just sit there and cheat. Clearly I can't help but wonder how many people are being cheated out of their hard earned money on this website or another like it?

I won some money and I tried to withdraw some of the amount. The option doesn't work, they said I didn't use this method to make the deposit. I tried to contact the staff by the chat and for the first time they ask me documents to provide my identity and the address. I sent them by e-mail, they said in 2-3 days they'll contact me but never contact me again on my e-mail. I tried to chat again with them by the, , chat option'' and they are always busy, never respond (for sure they gave me, , ignore'' or something like this). Before, until I try to take out some money from the account they always respond me very quick, now they are always busy and they don't respond me. I think this is a scam, you play and if you loose...that is...but if you win you cannot take your money from wining.
I have been playing on this site off and on for over 12 years. Backgammon Masters is full of cheats and I have compiled the names of the cheaters. Have over 300 names. I have played each player over 20 times to rule out lucky streaks. Also many players are just [censored]. They will evade the cube by disconnecting then reconnecting. There is a way to avoid playing the cheats. You just have to have the Task manager window open to least details and when you encounter a known cheat just end the Backgammon Masters task, wait for 1.5 min then log back in to the site. The following are the cheats I have proven to be on the site.

just played a game, somehow it worked again. 2 games, 2 differant user names, both games bias dbls.
Thier website is down permanently...I think it's all over for BGM...hope some new group of people can revive BGM with transparacy and public address location. And open source the dice roller, see what is really going on.
BGM has obviously blocked me. Error message says some wondows component is missing. The cheaters as mentioned who block the chat, I believe even if you type in a "blocked chat" mode, and curse them, they can still read what you wrote. I wrote some very nasty things about their cheats and stacked dice, and even told them you are a moderator and I *know* you can read this, so go F yaslef...and since then I been blocked. Uninstalled and installed several times, but cannot log in.
Thie dice are bias when it suits them, the numbers are predictable.
It is so unfortunate that the game board is of good quality, yet who ever is behind the scenes has ruined a very good game. backgammon online is therapy for me...but lately it's become a joke. Do not play for money, you will not win. I have not ever played for money, as the free games obviously show it is a total waste of time. can someone please make a honest and relaibnle BG online game, that has the approval of the most shrewed please. I miss this game now, but not going back to backgammonmasters, they are a dwindling fraud. The owners of BGM are losers that get washed away like crap in the rain

And all the cheaters hack and to other players accounts. KARTAL for eaxample is the biger cheater and bully in the whole site. Just see the foul language he uses.
The program likes to play with you. I detects blots and choose winner. Some unreal rolls can give a 99, 9% loser the win.
Backgammon masters app is totally rigged. it doesn't matter what skill level you're at. it doesn't matter how strategically you play. the "russian or iranian" opponent always seems to find that perfect "random roll" or hit multiple sets of doubles and move in for the win.
The funniest part is that they cheat to win fake gold coins! haha it's hilarious!
Won't get a penny out of me! enjoy your fake coins.
Soon enough another app will be available and you will slowly disappear like the rest...

You cant play for money but they get you by buying 'gold coins' to play the game.
The dice behave EXACTLY the same way as on BG Masters.

I agree with the above, what I notice is the players whose pause for a while before rolling always seem to get the roll they need, Here's a tip I discovered while really pissed off at was an obvious cheater that I'd like to share. The game has 2-way communication between both players and the site. The cheater must be waiting for either the right time to roll to get what they want. I have found that if you rapidly click in an alternating manner both the right and left mouse buttons you too are sending signals to the site. This seems to disrupt the input of the cheater. And actually many times you will end up with the doubles the cheat was seeking, It seems to work and pisses them off because the immediately leave the table after losing, I hope this helps others who love a good honest game and hate cheaters as I do. I play at Backgammon Masters with the name PatrickDevaney.
The cheating has happened with me so many times lately its laughable... I could care less... they will never see a nickel of my $. its sad that cheating can go on for play money... hilarious... whoever has to cheat to win play money is seriously "special needs"! hahaha

Ridiculous site..the opponent's hit rate is nearly 100% in almost every game I play and my corresponding hit rate is well below 50%. When you are on the board, lookout, sometimes impossible to get in and when the opponent is on the board, they not only get in almost every time, they get the perfect hit as well or even worse doubles to escape all trouble. It is rigged for poor players who they are trying to induce to play for money with a very false sense of talent. I would NEVER play for money on this site. Try the poker games, you can win a ton of points because most of the players are total hacks.

I have been playing BGM for a few years now. I will tell you, I would never, ever play for real money.. This site is so hacked it's not even funny. These hackers really spoil the game. I can't tell you how many times I have just removed bgm from my puter because it pissed me off so much. But I do manage to always come back. Just never put real green backs down, you'll be sorry if you do.

I agree with almost all of the above posts. I have a degree in Math from Cornell U. and the dice are NOT random is many situations. It is a shame that BackGammonMasters is not legit. It could be a great site.

I play for fun ( whoever tries to get rich online, playing for little money must be stupid ) and have been playing BGMaster for a few month now. Yes sometimes you experienced above mentioned doubles or pauses before a roll and then comes the perfect roll for the opponent but on the whole, this site is very good. There are some really nice players, some are not so nice :))). They have fun tournaments and i think compared to other sites i have played on, they are much better! As for support, there is always help and usually they react fast.

I agree 100%. I am a very experienced player and have been for 40 years. I just completed a stretch where I went 3-26. Even a novice will get around 35-40% win percentage simply from random dice.

I play in BGroom just for amusement and I surely should not play for money.It is unbelieveble what you see there I think more than 50% of player play dirty.Today I lost 22 games in a row.Many times my opponents had 10 or more doubles and was hitting 100% .

I do not think that players are hacking into the BG sites. I am sure that it is the sites that are controlling the games. They have your money and have no intention of returning any of it to anyone. New players to the game are allowed to win so that they will deposit money thinking they can make money playing BG. Site does not want players who do not play for money, so will not let players that have been playing for a long time for free win. They do not want you on there site.
I believe that most online BG sites are the same. That would include BGROOM and many others.
If you like playing fixed games and losing your money then have fun.
If you are a good BG player and want to play for money then do so on real boards with real dice and real people and not online.

well, like all of the above, I've had enough too. I've talked to the "live"(what a joke) support and they give me the same line... "our platform is working correctly" ! Don't even download the program! ...Unless you enjoy playing a fixed game, then by all means, have at er!
Programming, helping the weak players win absolutely the wrong strategy. I suggest, you go back and correct your program. You actually lie to players that they have won.where the seasoned players know you can not perfect impossibility into reality winning game. Stop lying to players. Probably this is the reason players like myself don't play real money in your program. Because, your program is a total lie. The weak player must learn through playing and learning events on the backgammon board. You are not doing any favor to weak player.Rather, you keep him inexperienced as long as you loop to win for weak players. Yes, also you send me a virus through your program which I don't appreciate. Ok. It is a good thing to play and experiance learning and knowledge. Your program falsify the outcome of the game and it should not be this way. I personally suggest to you to update this factor of letting weak players win the game. you will not increase membership by doing this favorable moves through your program of backgammon. ya ben zona.
