Backbone Press Wrongfully reported to this site.

Hello,

I ran across this complaint (link below) and realized we have been mistakenly reported to your website. We are a small micro press in Durham, NC and our logo and address somehow appeared in one of your reported complaints, titled "Terrible Customer Support." We are have no tech support team and we don't answer any calls regarding such matters. There is also mention of a Judy Pujol and University courses, both unknown to us and unrelated to what we do. In further searching, I'm guessing we might have been confused with Backbone Consulting (link also below). At any rate, I would appreciate the removal of this post or a correction of the facts.

Backbone Press Terrible technical support

Terrible technical support! Their tech support consists of a lady by the name of Julie Pujol answering her cell phone and letting the students hanging for a while, then tells the students to call later. This company is a complete rip-off, they manage 2 courses on my University and everyone has a complaint about them and their non reliable tech support, stay away from them.
