Babys r us / ordering product
On Jan 14th I ordered my 2 year old daughter her toddler bed. Was told it should arrive with in 3-5 business days. Jan 27th I called the babys r us hot line, inwhich it's a porn site. so I called the toys r us hotline. They told me that no one shiped it out yet and they will get on it. Ok fine I was some what o.k. The next day doing some searches about babys r us I found the THOUSAND of complaints about online shoping. So I called again, they then told me that where the bed is coming from "Dream on Me" that they are out of stock. Sorry we can only give you back the shipping (33.00) and you can expect your order by the end of FEB. Hello this is for my daughters birthday Feb 1st. So after them not really caring about pushing these people in getting the bed, I called again that night. Talked with 2 suppervisors, and was told we'll e-mail the compainy. I asked call the compainy. they then said they don't have a phone number only e-mail. WHAT COMPANY DOESN'T have a phone number? January 29th, called again talked with a male supervisor who's nothing but a womanizer.
well it's being worked on" is the only answer I got. THey couldn't seem to figure out what was being worked on. I finally said "it's to bad you people don't want to do your job, when thousands of people are with out a job and would love to have your job and you can't do your job" I will never shop at a toys r us or babys r us again. With our next child I will make sure all there stuff comes from a compainy who cares.
