baby clothes / Returns Policy
We thought we were having a baby girl, so we bought some newborn baby girl clothes. Turns out I was wrong (lol, don't trust a guy hunh) anyway, my wife and I went to the store (the only one located in Little Rock) and took the clothes, they still had the tags on them, back to the store. We had, maybe, about $20.00 worth of clothes. We wanted to exchange them for boy clothes, didn't even want cash. The way they treat you is that you stole the items or must have since you don't have the reciept. We have moved, run a business, and lost another business. Along with this, my wife is having a difficult pregnancy and rarely gets out of the house, this night I was taking her out to eat and to their store as a fun thing to do. Well obviously it turned out bad. I asked for a manager and he said the same thing, can't get credit etc. etc. I asked for the customer service or corporate phone number and was given the number which i called while in the store, i asked for someone from the corporate office to contact me. It's been a month and no phone call, also the customer service rep had the nerve to say "well maybe we'll send you some coupons" I told the lady that "I guess you don't understand, I don't want anything free or discounted, I want to have the correct clothes for my son when he is born." We were planning on buying all of our bedding and bed and other items at the store and on setting up a registry there for her baby shower. Not now! We will never spend another dime with this company. We recommend no one else does either.
