List their clients and I'll spread the news on the net or you can do it yourself on complaintsboard [dot] com and consumercomplaints [dot] in. Posting these complaints will spread awareness.
For action, please report this matter to the IRS, and US IMMIGRATION and DHS. If you don't, no action will be taken against these thieves.

RAGHU DARIPALLI OF BAANYAN SOFTWARE SERVICES is posting YouTube videos from bad actors hired for $5 from Fiverr.com that present themselves as actual customers give a testimonial.
His full name is Raghu Ramulu Daripalli. This cum stain demands sexual favors from his employees.

Raghu Daripalli of Baanyan Software Services is a coward. He can only bluff and threaten taking the name of his uneducated Indian lawyer.
1. Post the family, associations and any personal and business information you have on Raghu Daripalli and his lawyer. Pictures are great!
Don't worry. Raghu Daripalli is an uneducated coward. He has a criminal record and has pissed off a lot of people.
Raghu Daripalli takes advantage of the fact the he only hires foreign immigrants that *think* if they complain to the authorities, they will be kicked out.

2a. Report Raghu Daripalli and Baanyan Software Services to the IRS for fraud. You will need the "real name" of the company and the company's EIN as it appears on your W2.
Or you can look up the EIN after you find the real name of the company.
2b. Report Raghu Daripalli and Baanyan Software Services to the DOL for violating labor laws.
