B U Bhandari / TATA Indica DLX / vehicle damage during servicing!

I have given vehicle for servicing on 12/3/08. as per their regular routine the service engineer made job card with details of everything. on 14 th march I received sms saying ur vehicle is ready. when I went their, first it took almost 25 mins for a service engineer to come to attend me even after reception give him calls 4-5 times on mic. then he explained me the bill without showing the vehicle and what done to it. then after @15 mins he bring the vehicle for giving me detailed information of what he has done as per job card. when I saw the vehicle at first site I saw on small pinch on bonnet of car. when I asked him abt it he was unaware abt it. then he showed me the total vehicle of work done. but still he was not able to give details of how the bonnect has pinch which is visible enough from front. I showed him the job card given to me on which there was no certain marks marked while taking the vehicle for servicing. but then they are telling me that how its possible for us to take such a small points, even the service adviser marked rest of all points in job card. this really surprises me. even the manager tells me the same thing and refuse to get it repaired. this is how the service is being offered by b u bhandari. instead of being customer of their for last 3.5 years. I was really shocked that no one was bothered to see how it is go pinch on bonnet than trying to convenience me that it happened before vehicle put to service. but to the surprise their job card only shows that there were nothing on bonnet before vehicle given for servicing.
