Aztlan Lowrider Bicycles — non delivery of items and double charges
I ordered a bike with accesseries in early April. I waited a month and no bike. I tried calling and they never answered the phone. I tried emailing through their comment page on their site and no response. I then contacted my credit card company in mid May to have the charges reversed as well as the BBB, a week later I recieved the bike. DAMAGED and incomplete. There was a paper that said the items were back ordered and will be mailed out in three days. This was May 26. In the middle of June I sent them a letter stating I would be willing to substitute for a lesser value item just to get something and be done with them. I gave them until the end of June. Still NO RESPONSE. Then on July 7th, I contacted my credit card company to see what my options were and discovered that on June 6th Aztlan charged me another 436.99 therefore, not only NOT sending me my items, but double chargeing me. I have since contacted my credit card company, the Chino Hills police and my local Police as well as making as many reports I can about this company. They have no communication with customers but they still are on the web taking orders. I even tried calling thier web host. And they do not answer thier phones. I have had others try with different phones to contact this comapny and they have the same results as I do. BEWARE of this company.
