Azatek Services LLC / Worst service you can imagine
It has been a while since I ordered from this company (Last November 2006), but I just created a Resellerratings account and it was time to file my experience with this company.
I had the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE, PRODUCT, AND EXPERIENCE from this company that I have ever had with any online retailer.
I received not 1 damaged monitor, not 2 damaged monitors, but 3 completely damaged monitors through this company. Every single time that I got a package, not only did it take a week to get here, the package came bashed in with holes and damage all over it. The monitor would be inside the box surrounded by 2 small bricks of styrofoam and some cardboard.
Every time I wrote an email to the service, I would get a response from a person who seemed like the only person that worked for this company in the service department. The email would be full of typos and grammar errors. It seemed to me as if the person replying to the email was very uneducated and the emails didn't have much thought put into them.
(edit: I must say that even though the emails were poorly worded and took a day for reply, they included the RMA information and return information clearly. This is the only part of service that wasn't complete garbage, but was still so/so.)
Each time FedEx or UPS would pick up the damaged package and take it back to their warehouse and I would be shipped a new monitor.
Each monitor I would get would be poorly packed in flimsy cardboard boxes without hardly any packing material and no Fragile sign or picture on the box. Each time the box would come damaged with holes in it or big bashes in the side of it. The first order I didn't even get a VGA cable included with the monitor, even though I ordered an extra one.
The 3rd monitor I received damaged I finally just gave up and wrote off the $150 as a bad mistake and purchased a monitor from somewhere else. If you have the option or the time I HIGHLY recommend to never purchase from this company if you have any choice whatsoever. I had the worst experience and the worst service you can imagine.
