The AYA Group of Companies have so complaints about the hiring process to work in their Hilton Hotel project in Kampala. You can dig lots of various complaints in the internet. They want to hire in a rush basis to avoid contract signing. Once there's problem in the the middle of the work, they'll pressure the workers until they resigned and the workers will pay of his 1-month salary. They will send you a invitation letter that looks like very very "Idi Amin" way of treating people. It says that they can fire you anytime they want if they do not satisfied them. "Wow. NO CONTRACT". They doesn't like to process the hiring according to the employment procedure. they want to do it illegally. And just in case they will change their mind, they can do it at any time. If anyone approached by this company "AYA GROUP" I advice you to look them out in the internet first and ask for the contract, and let them do the hiring procedure according to the law (Uganda hiring procedure). They will call people from different countries who have clueless and offer them a job. They will offer you a ticket immediately, so do not have time to prepare even to ask question.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
now mohamed hamid had recruited 3 more expatriates to work, we dont know for how long he is gonna pay their salaries...chairman mohamed hamid kicked hilton management out, then kicked aya group hotel management kicked then lastly kicked radison hotel management out without salaries. still the hotel is not open for the last 13 yrs.
aya group hotel in kampala, ugandan did not paid salary for me for 3 months i was a executive sous chef bilal c.and we had left the hotel without pay. i am from lebanon. no visa, or work permit for us.

ii worked for this AYA GROUP Hotel in Kampala Uganda for 15 months, they didnt pay my annual leave money or return ticket under aya group. Later Aya group signed contract with Radison Hotel ( Quorvus Collection ) then again Aya group broke the contract even with Quorvus collection. we were not paid our salary for 45 days. Aya group dont even make our visas, they made fake kenyan stamps on oour passports on border crossing. we were taken in to custody in nairobi kenyan immigration and we pay bribe to the kenyan immigration officers between 300 and 500 dollars without mercy. Aya group is a fake group of hotel in kampala. they will not pay the salary even sometimes no food for a us. Dont get caught to their tricks if you go and join aya group hotel you wont be able to go to your country, you will have to work without visa, food, accommadation and salary like a slave
