I signed up for a free account to check out there service. Their prices were out of my price range. A customer service person named Pablo Fernandez contacted me. I told him that I checked out their service and was not interested and to please not contact me again. His response was, "It doesn't look your books are doing too well:" and "Someone has an attitude. Probably some garbage who grew up in the south. I am going to start ruining your ebooks for being a complete a''hole. Maybe this will teach you some manners."
I contact the company about this and they said since I was not a paying customer it did not matter what he said.
What kind of company will let their employees make those kinds of racist and threatening remarks.
