Dear Efficient Customer Care Team,
It’s almost 30 days over but I have not received my new Gold Debit card PIN of Axis bank. I lost my card and received new card at my residence address but yet PIN has not come. Your debit card helplines are not reachable (nobody picks up the call at [protected]/57 even 67987700 line is giving disturbance).
I already gave request to resend the same if not delivered. but customer care dept formally giving standard reply that it has been delivered already on 11th july 09. Request you to send the PIN on urgent priority as I am not able to use my debit card. Kindly call me post delivery of card so that I can make my family members aware of dispatch of card. If i won't get the same by tomorrow i will discontinue the services of debit card as well as i will close my shift my salary a/c too as i am fed up with your pathetic service.
