Axis Bank Iconnect / I can't login to iconnect

I am Anoop Sajid. I received AXIS Bank iConnect Internet banking passwords last month. Two passwords are given, but both are not enough clear to read. And please let me know what are those 2 passwords. Anyway I tried both but can't log in. Now after 5 attempts its getting locked. My customer ID is [protected], Please send me a clear password again to my mail id.

    My name is Pradish. My customer ID is 009169332. I have got 2 internet passwords and in the login page I have been asked to enter the Corporate ID, User name and password. Please let me know what I should be entering in each of these feilds as this is very confusing. Please get back to me as soon as possible as this is urgent.

Two passwords are given, but i can't able to login its showing invalid user ID or Password. i have entered the same user ID and Passward what i received through mail.     Hey m Naveen, My account was opened by a s/w organisation called 9isolutions, So am holding a salary acount and I stopped using it on September 2007. So, I want to conform that still my account is active r not!! and my account no is 008-0101-01420441 . And please, if my account is active, send me my customer ID and conform me weather I can use my account for FD and internet banking.. I have my iconnect pin with me.. Please reply ASAP..

    Its been a month since I got my iconnect user id and password but i haven't been able to log in. The error message that I get is "Not a Valid Retail User". Please help.
