SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / replacement of damaged items

AWOK took back my damaged delivery after a week and now it's been a 29 days I didn't receive the replacement. The minute we received the damaged delivery we reported it in.
The working ethics are very poor. Intact the worst I have seen in online business.
Today I called their service center and the operator said he's not the right person to speak to. I asked who's the right person and he replied someone will call in the next 24 hours. So I really wonder if AWOK will replace or send me my cash with interest and tax refund.
