I placed an order on the 2nd December for 42 items, I only received 12 items. They only partially refunded me. They still owe me AED 306 but are now ignoring me. I keep calling them and they say someone will get back to me and return my phone calls, no one does. I have left messages on Facebook, no one has replied, I have left messages on their website, no one replies.
It has now been 8 weeks and still no refund.
