Awok.com / cash refund/warranty
Its been approximately 8days since the retrieval of the faulty product i ordered from awok.com by awok, i am yet to be contacted by awok about any update prior to my complaint. Please i need a cash refund ASAP. Product (S-Color S8 plus) was faulty and was collected back and still no update. This is bad customer service.
Product collected back by awok on 23-12-2017.
Still haven't been contacted till date.
Will take legal action if no feedback ASAP
