Avon / Fantasy Jewerly / Force to Keep produtc
My complaint is about the sales representative Sonia Medford. I been her client for years, but lately she overcharge me for the products. But my real complain is that on november 17, 2010 i ordered a fantasy ring, three days later went to her house to cancel the order(november 20, 2010) and she dares tells me that i can't cancel the order because she will get stock w/it, I insisted that i don't need it anymore and she told me NO! No canceling. Thought that Avon company and their representative are for the best interest of the customer, I still don't want the dammed ring, I try to cancel with time enough for her to do so and still say no! I pay always in full when I make my orders, but I ADVICE TO ANY PERSON THAT WANT TO ORDER AVON IN THE FUTURE NOT TO PAY A PENNY IN ADVANCE, THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. So can any one help me in what to do to get my money back from this lady?
