Avis / poor callcentre service
I tried to phone AVIS on 12 May 2015 to book a car.
After several attemps and about a hour later, I had to go online to make the booking. I was being cut off before I could speak to a consultant several times.
Today (13 May) I needed to make a change to the booking and the same thing happened. I succeeded once to get to a consultant but was immediately cut of again.
I hate callcentres!!!
