Avianne & Co Jewelers Bad experience

I’ve made a purchase from the website of Avianne Co. but soon got informed that the product I’ve ordered was out of stock. That was the last message I’ve received from them and when I asked for refund there was no reply. I managed to google their address, hopefully it will help someone: 28 W 47th St New York, NY 10036
