I have gad many $1.00 charges to my debit card from Warren Ohio. We have avi food kiosk at work but I rarely ever use it. Today there is $1.00 pending charge and on 12-18-23, 3 separate $1.00 charges. These are on days I never uses my card for sure. What does this place think people ain't gonna find out. That's straight crap! Because of this I will never ever buy from them at work at our kiosk! Oh I am not gonna be screwed, they are gonna be screwed when I file charges against them.

At 2:51am i have no clue why i am being charged i havent ordered anything from this company i dont even knw anything about this company please cancel any orders frm my card and refund my account and cancle any kind of subscription or account associatednwit my name and debit card please and thank u if unrefunded i will be contacting my lawyer and from the reviews ive read about this company they do alot of unauthorized charging seems like this is just a scam and ur really stealing from innocent people and need to be shut down and charged legally and imprisoned im on disability and have very little income so u taking my money without my permisson is very serious please refund my account or hear from my lawyer thank u

I was a roll over hire from a prior company that had lost well traded contracts with AVI when interviewed with AVI I asked if I had to continue to work for parkers. The company that they had won the contract from. I was informed to know that in fact, i would not have to continue to be employed with Parkhurst that I could quit turn a notification, do what I will, but I would still have a job secured with AVI. So I talked to the chef and I decided to not to continue to work for Parkhurst. Assuming I would still have a job with AVI well come to find out they did everything they could to keep me from being employed even though I have filled out W2 so I have all the onboarding information. I had the ADP filled out. Everything says I'm an active employee but they absolutely refuse to let me work. I have been given the runaround with corporate. They will not let me talk to anyone who acts professional. The woman that I met at the Taylor University account here in upland Indiana took maybe 5 minutes to argue and be very combative and very rude with me. Then she saw fit to walk me off. There was no conclusion. I'm still very employed and they absolutely refused to let me work. I would say good luck with anyone who tries to work for the AVI company. That said, when I googled the company, it started a research. I wasn't too terribly shocked to see the stacking amount of lawsuits still hoping someone from the head corporate office contacts me but I doubt I'll get anywhere with this without contacting a lawyer and potentially making a move on it myself

For the past week I have been charged 6 different amounts from AVI Foodsystems Dayton OH. I'm not sure what this is from or how to stop it. 2/18/22 thru some charges early this morning 2/25/22. Always in pairs as well.

I've been getting random charges from avi food throughout the day when I'm not even at work and it's really getting on my nerves

Hi I work for avi company with barton college and i'm making as complaint about how the managers and supervisors talk to they employees. They are very rude and they also are very disrespectful and they also don't handle situations like they are supposed to as managers. They let a lot of stuff slide. I went to my manger about a issue and she / he basically told me oh well and deal with it. I shouldn't have to deal with the disrespect. But I have been dealing with it for a while and I don't know what to do.

This company is the worst vending company I have ever dealt with. Their machines are constantly empty or jammed. When you call customer service they act like they are doing you a favor even when no one from their company has filled the machines in over 2 weeks. Once a guy came out and demanded to know who made the complaint and he was very rude to our receptionist. We are trying to get a new company but until we can get the ok from national corporate we are stuck with this lack of service and the service workers getting angry when they show up.

I work at Harrison steel casting company in attica in. And I've been getting over charged like I got a Gatorade and its 1.60 if u pay cash but 1.70 with card and I use my card and it says I got charged 1.70 but it charged my card 2.50. Also there have been a few times were I make my selection but dont get it from the machine but still get charged for it I have all my transactions and I've keep record of what I got over charged for or got charged but didnt get the product hr at my work said I had to contact u guys to get my money bk that I was over charged or charged and never got the item. So if someone could plz tell me what I need to do to get that done plz and thanks lycinda from Harrison steel casting company

Your company is attempting to take money from my cash app card and I never authorized or heard of your company before. I am elderly, disabled, and on a fixed income. Stop trying to get my money please,. I have attached 3 screenshots of cash app transactions. Resolve this issue immediately please, thanks

I woke up this morning with a charge for 19.95 on my account from this company I have literally NEVER heard of before and I have no idea how they got my credit card information but it is really weird.

They keep trying to take my money and this time they got it and took 20 bucks while I was asleep I want it refunded. I don't live in ohio anymore and they keep trying to take my money how can I be in bed in texas spending money in ohio I have even canceled the old card and gotten a new one and they keep trying to take money I'm not even sure what this is maybe a vending machine at a rest stop but either way it didn't work with this card and 19.95 was never spent on a vending machine I used cash because these cards would work they are cash app cards

I've never heard of avi foodsystems til I saw the charge on my account I can not reach anyone to request my money back. This is messed up I have never been to warren or ohio for that matter I just want my money back. I tried calling the number attached to the charge on my account but no answer. Someone who has been charged please tell me what did you do to receive your money back

The woman in charge is difficult to deal with. She had repeatedly publicly belittled her counterpart which makes placing orders awkward and painful to witness. Customer requests are dishonored and disrespected by that woman if she feels they are a waste of her time. She will not hesitate to voice her opinion or disagreement with customer requests in front of other employees and customers. Witnessing how she treats others projects poor customer server for the entire organization. AVI Food service could also benefit by practicing more environmentally conscious and ethical practices as far as food packaging is concerned.

I have two unauthorized charges on my checking account from AVI, which I had never heard of until I googled the charge. I want refunded and I've contacted the bank. You cannot take money out of my account without permission. Stealing money from people is horrible. I truly hope that your company gets shut down! I want to speak with your corporate office!

The employee that handles the vending machine, is late in putting the food into the vending machines. One of the snack machines do not accept $5. The sign has been on the machine for weeks now. The change machine has not been available for use, we ask her and she says that she doesn't have any quarters, it's been a week now. She stands around with the other workers talking. She gives out free drinks to the other employees. She puts in food that none of the visitors eat, so we are going the whole visit without eating just drinking water or juice. She takes food for herself to eat also. She is very rude when we address a concern. Then she goes to talk to the employees and make the visitors wait on her. She is not doing her job and it's making us visitors not want to buy from the machines. I will not buy any products from the machines until the issue is addressed.

So coming into work this morning, I found out the devastating news you have transferred the best Chef we had to GAP! :( To bring in a guy from Gap who was clearly not favored. Why bring him here? Why replace what was perfect for something that is worse? Makes no since! You will be losing a lot of revenue with making this silly change. Good luck from a disappointment, long time customer of AVI. This corporate complaint is the beginning of this petition.

The new receptionist "debra" or "Debbie" is very VERY rude. Every time i call for my company she acts rudely. We have had requests for machines to be fixed and they have never been reported to the driver and it happened on several occasions. In my opinion, because we told her superiors about what she is doing, she acts very rudely on the phone when we call. Please fix this.

I pay $6, 000 a year to eat AVI Foodsystems' food. It is 100% not worth it. Throughout the course of the school year, I lost a lot of weight, obtained stomach issues and breathing problems. That is coming from a girl who started at 110 pounds coming into college. There is something that is in the food that gives you diarrhea and makes you vomit. Not to mention, there is some chemical that gives me a reaction to where I can't breathe or control. my asthma. I have resorted to pay for my own food because of these reasons. I want to be exempt from the meal plan. There are no solutions around this problem that can fix this other than me not paying $6, 000 to get sick every day. There have been multiple times my chicken has been under cooked, the buffet style food is not covered or ice replaced, and flies that have been hanging out on my food. The school and workers do not care because they are not eating it, they are just pocketing my money. I wouldn't mind if the food didn't get me sick or cause me to not breathe properly, but it does. I would like for the head quarters to pass along the message to exempt me. I have provided a doctor's note. I don't see a reason why this should be an issue. Thank you.
