I signed up for two years cover in October 2012. and I have since found out that a third payment has been taken on the 27th September 2015 which they were not authorised to do. I would like a full refund please. the key that was given on the latest email is 0YP362686Y542594R. I have not had the computer that this was originally taken out for since December 2014 and I am covered with other security programme.

    This appears to be similar to my problem. I bought the driver support software and was charged for it on my American Express with the avg.com title on the billing with AmEx and AVG tells me it is a malicious driver that I bought and it was not through them. I have also their virus protection and PC Cleanup. This tells me how well I am protected by this company. After talking to their support for 60 min. I felt that I was talking to a used car salesman and not having any problems being solved without more cost.
    SUPPORT ???? TECH SUPPORT ???? I DID NOT HAVE ANY!
