Philips 55"tv philip brand

I bought this tv from your outlet & a warranty of 3 years by philips was shown in your order sheet: edsa-[protected] dated 28 apr 2018. Recently there was fault, so I called them & wrote to them for action since 1 dec 2020. They demanded for the information had already emailed since 2 dec 2020. So far they had responded that they will come within 3 days time. But today is already 2 weeks gone without any mail or call respond at all. Their responbility is very poor. As I am your long term customer supporting your products, I therefore sincerely hope that you will assist me on this important issue. Although they are the warranty party, but I got the confirmation from your company, so you should help your customers. Thanks

Philips tv warranty

Recently, just last week tuesday, my phillip tv fault & many horizontal white lines appeared. I had the 3 years warranty slip given by your company. I called your office but was ask to refer to phillip maintenance. I called them & they noted & agreed to response with action. But now already almost 1 week gone. Philips Philips speedpro max vacuum cleaner

This is related to my WO # 135883-1061957. I brought my Philips vacuum cleaner to the service centre on Aug 25th for repairing its battery as it would drain 5 mins into use from 100% to 0%. I was told that Philips will inform me on the service status soon. The next day I got a message saying that the product (still in warranty) is not repairable. They told they will replace it with a new Vacuum cleaner which will be available by Oct first week or so. In the mean time I kept calling and using whatsapp to check on the status and I was asked constantly to wait. When the week for receiving the package arrived someone from Philips called me to tell me that they don't have the VC in their supply. And that they would refund me the money.
This is the height of poor customer service and a lack of appreciation for consumer loyalty. I was without any vacuum cleaner for almost 2 months and they kept me waiting for close to 2 months after which apparently they woke up from their slumber and saw that there is no stock. It is really a terrible experience!
This is my last purchase of any Philips product!

Philips razor s9031

Before my shoulder surgery on August 01, 2019 I decided to buy an electric razor. In July.
Unfortunately these days one of the blades and the sealing ring came loose. I checked the attached service stations and elected Electro Barak, Ramat Gan. When I contacted them, Danny told me long time no service, but he tried to assist me and returned the items to its holder. When I returned home I discovered It came out again, so I sent a message to Electra and got another service station. This time I wanted to be sure and discovered the telephone number was incorrect. Then I sent another mail and they admitted there was a mistake in the number I received and the details of the shop are correct this time with the correct number. I dialed and was told I have 30 minutes to bring the razor. as Electra only collects them on Sunday once a week. Would I have had the info from the beginning I could have saved a lot of time and aggravation. Unfortunately the lady gave wrong info and told me they did not update recently the list of service station. Misleading and wrong info. I consider this contempt. I keep phone records of the calls and emails which I can forward to you

Philips customer service

Terrible customer services.
Missing products from my order. I called multiple times but nothing was resolved. Every time they said I would receive any email from them but never received anything. They spoke like a robot "we're very sorry and we understand that the order is important to you..." but they showed no solution or any real efforts to help address the issue. They kept saying they were looking at my case but I heard nothing back from them. Never received my missing item.

Philips philips m3730/15

I bought a Philips MG3730/15 shaver machine
I got info that the machine should be charged for one hour in order to can work for 60 min shaving
and as per the instruction I found inside the box it supports the same info
I charged the machine for an hour but it worked only for 3 minutes
I had been directed to PHILIPS franshise in EGYPT ( Pyraminds EGYPT ) to check the devise, they told me that the machine shall be charged for 16 hour not 1 hour
it is a fraud case as it is not the same features I got informed before I bought the machine and not matching same instruction inside the machine box

all supported documents attached
the complaine will be raised to the consumer protection agency here in Egypt and they will check the complain to make sure that my right will be back to me as your franshise refused to return the devise after they checked by themselves that the box include a print for a wrong info about the devise

Philips avent baby bottle anti colic product no : scf406/24

During sterilizing my baby Avent bottle and only used for 5 times, the bottle was inside a boiling water for 5 minutes I found it all disformed and disfigured and collapsed and this is not accepted at all, already done sterilization by same method as advised by the manual and website of Avent philips and I was surprised by the very bad and weak manufacture of the bottle to disform very easily like this, really shocked for the money I paid and my trust in avent product and to get this result, the bottle bought from mothercare store in muscat, Oman.
Please I want a solution to this even my money back, This is totally unacceptable dear Avent support team.

Philips 18 months + bottle

I'm complaining about my daughters bottle, fell in love with them the moment I saw them and it also said it doesn't lick since us mothers don't like either a messing car or bed and bought them right away but to find out they licking and now her bed is wet not happy. Bought it at Dischem

Why would I advertise something that licks more then anything. Don't advertise false things because I've loved your products ever since my 1st baby. Please get back to me

Philips bad quality

Hi

I have purchased an avent colic reduction bottle for my baby . I'm utterly disappointed with the product as the bottle leaks more than any other bottle I have used for my baby, no Matter how well you close the bottle the bottle still leaks when my baby is drinking the bottle more milk is on my baby than she actually drinks from the Avent bottle ... This was supposed to be a colic bottle but it doesn't help cause my baby ingests more wind from the Avent colic bottle than a Tommy tippe non colic bottle .

Unsatisfactory product you guys are selling .

Philips bottles

First let me say I have always used and enjoyed avent products until now. I have had an issue since my twins were born. I purchased bottles every month as normal, but in between I buy new nipples if I can not afford the whole pack. So far every time I have purchased the nipples they continue to leak pretty bad all over my babies. They end up with their clothes soaked or it's all over them and when I have to pack up 4 kids to go get bottles or nipples and get home just to have them not work I'm am highly upset. I have attached video and photos, but this doesn't even describe the worse it's been for me. My husbands is stationed in japan for two years so I'm pretty much a single mom of four and can't afford to be having these issues. I'm already dealing with so much and money is so tight because we didn't expect twins and this really upsets me. I hope that you guys really listen to this complaint and maybe figure out what's going on because women in my shoes dealing with issues like this is so stressful. You may think it's small, but for us it's not. I'm now forced to use old bottles tonight because I have no money to go get anything else and it breaks my heart I'm just so upset.

Philips baby bottles

Hello I am a single mother that has used and only purchased your product and lately have not had good experience with my purchase the 4 bottles I had bought were all used looking marks on all bottles as if they have been dropped many times or have been out of the box sitting somewhere than later on re packaged. I had bought from wal mart and went back and was told no recpit and not in box I was out of luck to go to head office. I am not a complainer but when I am spending money that I don't have to just throw away and re buy as they are not cheap. I am not sure if at all you can maybe reimburse or send what I feel I deserve I am a single mom. I have spent lots of money in my year and a half being a mom.

Philips steriliser bottles

Let's start with a positive, the electric expresser is brilliant! However, Unfortunately I have had x 2 problems with the bottles and the steriliser is a pain and keeps burning after only one use!
In regards to the bottles, my first complaint is about one that leaked all over whilst shaking and I nearly burnt my baby. I had steam coming out my ears I was so mad at the quality of the bottles, it could have ended so much worse. I only hurt my hands and my husband was covered in milk.
Secondly I have at least 5 bottles with the tops that come off, my nappy bag was completely soaked today! The top had come off and leaked everywhere. The nappy's, change of clothes and the worst thing is I had a screaming baby with no milk to give him. I was fuming. I feel like the staff are not understanding my complaint. When I wrote about the second problem I got no response at first then they have not given me a solution! I can't express my anger or irrational, I seriously wish I'd chosen Tommy tippy, unfortunately I chose avent. We have everything avent. We have a bottle warmer, complete waste of money( but that's not your fault, we just never use it.) expresser, steriliser, bottles, bottle bags to keep the bottles warm, milk dispenser.
Then I brought up about the steriliser and Ed decided to inform me it harmless and it just needs cleaning by using the directions. I'm not stupid I clean it regularly! Its shouldn't need doing this often. It's ridiculous It shouldn't be this difficult. It shouldnt burn each time I use it.

Philips soothers

My child is 2 years old and sucks Avent soothers and recently he has chocked on the clear soothers which is very scary for me I didn't know they were small enough to choke on and should be made bigger because some other child might not be as lucky that I was around my son when he choked
Is there bigger frame doodies he cannot choke on?
I am going to have to post this on social media to make other parents aware of this very important problem that you have with this product

Philips nipples of anticolic bottles

I just bought for my 5 day old baby 2 packs of the anti colic bottles. Today when I was about to feed him I noticed the top of the nipple looked strange. A piece of plastic at the top of the nipple had popped out (which is a choking hazard and my baby could have sucked that piece of plastic down his throat!) A large circular hole was exposed at the top of the bottle.
I am extremely livid. These bottles should be recalled. I would love to send you the pictures through email or attachment. Do you not review your product before putting it on the shelf ? This is dangerous and should be taken seriously and looked into.
I use the avent sterilizer to clean the bottles and use warm water to wash them before hand.
Also when i look at the tops of the other nipples they also look like the plastic circular portion of the nipple may come out of those as well.
I work in the health care system and I am literally shocked and petrified that these bottles are selling.
You should really look at recall before you end up with a law suit on your hands in the case of an infant choking to death.

Philips avent 4oz bottle

The bottle was perfect for my baby girl in the beginning that I decided to buy 6 bottles to stock up but after 1month and 1/2 the bottle started to leak from the nipple itself I thought it would be the way I put it together but no unfortunately it's the nipples defect I'm very disappointed in this product! Will never buy again do not recommend at all !

Philips avent bottles

Hello,

I am a new mom and I received many of your 4 oz and the 8oz bottles for gifts and before my baby was here, my husband and I cleaned them and put them away in our cabinet. Once our baby was born and we had to use formula we started to use your bottles, and every single one leaks from the base of the nipple and drips all over our baby. We asked for your bottles and that's the only brand we have.
And it should really be more clear that some of the bottle come with #2 nipples already on them, because when I was using one unknowingly, it made my baby choke. Thank God my husband figured that out!

Philips avent baby bottles

I have purchased a baby bottle gift set and the lids will not screw on correctly they just keep spinning instead of tightening! Could the box be defective? I do not any longer have the box, but they were purchased from a local walmart store in clarksburg wv, Could it be possible to get a replacement box or credit toward another purchase of baby avent bottles?

Philips avent baby bottles

I used Avent bottles 9 years ago with my first born and it was great. I chose to use it again a year ago with my second child however I am very disappointed this time as the top got worn out and now doesn't stay on her bottles. Also the measuring numbers are disappearing as well making it hard to measure water. I prefer this brand of bottle because it limits gas when baby is really small however it's just not lasting as well as I hoped it would. I have another baby on the way and I am very unsure about which bottles to use this time around.

I had recently brought the avent anti colic newwbern beginner set for a shower the new mother has let me know she was missing a brush bottle and nipples and another thing I never thought to look since I brought it at Walmart and now it's been two months I have no clue where receipt is and I'm sure the box is gone is there away I can get coupons or get a replacement for the mother
