I ordered two of the abovementioned items on 12/19/18, and I did not receive until 1/13/19. In the meantime I contacted Kay's resolution center.
Upon receiving the products, I noted that they are not the same item that was advertised online. I could have purchased items of the same inferior quality for a much cheaper price.
Since I did not receive what I ordered, I will be contacting PayPal, as well as, returning said products to you.
Please advise what the return process is.

I also purchased the phone magnifier from Avenir Deco Sarl (address in USA - paid for in USD - £17.00approx) and when it ARRIVED (FROM CHINA) not only was it damaged BUT it was nothing like the advertised item and was so poorly made that it served no functional purpose as it was supposed to! I contacted Avenir and sent requested photos through to them and then heard NOTHING from them when I requested a full refund. I contacted PayPal who also contacted Avenir. It was decided thst I would receive a refund UNDER THE CONDITION I RETURNED THE ITEM - Tracked postage-TO AVENIR AT THEIR REQUESTED ADDRESS IN... CASABLANCA! so when I went to the post office to return it - the cost of return was £11.oo which in my opinion was an intentional request that Avenir make in order for people like myself to see that it's not worth returning as the postage which at my expense is practically near the amount paid! I'm absolutely disgusted at this company and feel it cheats people. I am now left with a piece of rubbish which cost me nearly £20 Inc postage! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - AVENIR DECO SARL - AS THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF
