i worked here for about 5 months and it was good for the first few months. then one of the managers a 41 year old man started decreasing my hours for no reason and never told me why. i went from 40 hours a week to 10. i dealt with it for a while before finally asking why im not getting any hours. the answer i got was nothing. literally. he said "i wish i had an answer for you" your the manager who makes the hours your the only one with an answer i said. i proceeded to call the district manager and tell him about the hard time iv been having with my hours and when i called he said" your manager told you why your not getting 4 hours a week. no he said i wish i had an answer for you. he said my manager said i wasnt doing what they ask. if i did anymore id be doing there jobs. im a car guy and i put alot of time and money even into my own car i love it. why would i slack on a job that revolves around the thing im most passionate about. to put it nicely, autozone is a terrible company with lack of leadership and as much maturity in the staff as a prepubesant 12 yr old. i quit because i refuse to be taken advantage of by incompetent inconsiderate selfish old pieces of ###.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
