I tried to call and leave many messages and voicemail/email for a warranty repair but no one reply or call back. Sometimes they just put me on hold for 30 minutes or more at AutoWest Fremont. This phone game had been on for week. The service and service attitude is not professional and not acceptable as they claimed on their on hold message: customer will come back for life". This is an untrue statement.
