AutoTruckToys order filling and customer service

Autotrucktoys.com... Also know as revell enterprises, inc. Is a pathetic company with no concern for getting you the item you ordered in a timely manner, continuing to make excuses and offer refund but when you finally decide enough is enough because of not recieving your item, you wait and wait fir refund. I ordered mar 30, 2019 and by the beginning of may, after several phone calls, I finally decided to cancel and request refund. It's may 15th and i'm still waiting for that refund. I may have to file a dispute.
Do not do business with this so called "company".

AutoTruckToys autotrucktoys unethical behavior

This company has the worst ratings for a reason. I ordered a product many days ago. I checked yesterday, and they said the order had not been processed! This is days after paying for the product. This morning, I received an email that the "label had been created". I emailed and followed it by a phone call. "Keena" answered the phone (she seems to be the only one who ever answers) and threatened me that she would charge me if I did not take the item and claimed it was already shipped! Really? Yesterday it wasn't processed. Today, the label had just been created. And suddenly it was shipped? She threatened me that she would charge me. I told her that I would contact the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. "Keena" said she was documenting what I said and trying to intimidate me.

I called again, and yes, again "Keena" answers. I asked to speak to a manager. A guy who did not identify himself professionally by any title said his name was "Jessie". "Jessie" said it was too bad, I could have cancelled yesterday (when it was showing it was not even processed) and that even though the label had only been created minutes ago, it was miraculously on a truck and heading out to me. Seriously?

This is a charlatan company. Steer clear! They take days...post that it is not even processed, and when you want to cancel, it is suddenly "on its way." Really?

I wish I had seen this site prior to ordering.

Well...after being threatened, I am posting here and calling my credit card company to alert them.

Be careful when ordering from companies that post online. Many are legitimate, but others are not.

AutoTruckToys Jeep LJ soft top

Ordered a Jeep LJ soft top from Autotrucktoys on 05/11/17 after
I called and spoke with a customer rep. who assured me the color
(Khaki)I ordered was available. The next day I received a call
from them telling me the color I ordered was not available. They
requested I call them about the order. I called back, and after
waiting on hold for 12 minutes, I explained the situation to
another customer service rep. I told the CS rep. I would order
the top in black, which was $65 more if they would sell it for the
same price as the Khaki top. She put me on hold for 5 minutes
then came back and stated she could only discount it by $30 off the
list price. I told her I could order the black top from Amazon with
free 2 day shipping for the same price as the Khaki top I originally
ordered with them. Autotrucktoys has a price match guarantee,
nevertheless, I was told they could not do better on the price.

AutoTruckToys Probably a scam

I bought some jeep accessories from www.autotrucktoys.com and I never received anything. AutoTruckToys took my money very fast but they did not send me an order confirmation. I tried to reach them but failed and that was a bad sign. Time passed and there was no sign of my order and no information from AutoTruckToys.
I even threatened them with police and BBB but they did not even reply to that. I'm not even sure if AutoTruckToys is a real company, but they did take my money.
Please, stay away from this company and don't give them your money.

AutoTruckToys Mud flaps (Gatorback for 2016 ford f 150 xl)

Order these rear mud flaps on Amazon.com on 09-04-16. Received one of 2 box's on Friday the 9th (mud flaps) and the second one came in on Saturday the 10th (brackets to install them). On the 8th of Sept I called the Company (AutoTruckToys) to ask a question about if these would fit on the truck with "Factory Wheel Well Liners". The Video I watched showed them being put on a Ford without the Liners! So, that was why I called. Was put on hold while the lady I spoke with went and spoke to someone to find out. When she came back I was told "they will "probably" fit. No definitive yes that they would fit! When the box with the brackets came in there was no "PARTS BAG #759539" with the brackets. So, I could not install them anyway, but I checked to see if the brackets would work with the "Factory Wheel Well Liners", and they would not. Have emailed back and forth with Amazon through there process.
I am responsible for Shipping ($43.97) back to them and am subject to a possible 50% restocking fee at there desecration even if I have followed all the instructions on how to send it back.

AutoTruckToys Terrible!!

Ordered a pair of mud flaps from www.autotrucktoys.com and they arrived in a timely manner but one flap was damaged. I contacted customer service the same day and asked for a replacement. They asked me to send pictures, and after that they only said how sorry they were that I wasn't satisfied with the product. They said that they can't refund my money and said that these flaps were no more in stock so they were unable to replace them. I went to their website and their site still showed that my flaps were available, but anyways I picked another model and contacted customer service again. I told them that I was ready to pay the price difference and wanted them to send me another model flaps as a replacement. And then they said oh sorry these are also unavailable. Then I demanded my money back but they refused. Terrible!

AutoTruckToys Grill for 1993 GMC C1500

I purchased a Chrome grill for my 1993 GMC C1500 from this company through Amazon. It took me a few weeks to get my mechanic to install the product and after installed we found that the product was defective and not representative of the part that was displayed online. Chrome GMC Logo backing only comes half way across the grill instead of being centered as in the inline picture. I requested to return this grill for one that was in the correct condition and they were unwilling to make it right with me, stating that the order was over 30 days and was not polite in their conversation with me. DO NOT PURCHASE PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS AND HAVE A BAD ARROGANT ATTITUDE AFTER YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

AutoTruckToys AMI 6152CL

Thought I'd forward to you my review that I've posted online in several places. I ordered the 6152CL from autotrucktoys.com on [protected] for a 2015 Ford 150 XLT and received it 2 weeks later from AMI which is the manufacturer and was a lot longer delivery than what CarToys website said it would be initially. This item on their website said it would fit my truck and was easy to install. Well, To install this new cap you have to slide off the current stock gas cap door (which is easy) and then slide on this new chrome one which was not easy. I has to really push hard to get it to lock onto the the door arm. But then the problems began. First, I bought the door with the lock feature and the door wasn't fitting centered or all the way into the truck body where it would be flush. Upon inspection I discovered it was because the lock on this new door was hitting the inside area shroud that is around the gas fill cap. Just so you can understand what I'm talking about here is, when you look at the lock where the key goes into from the front…then look at the back side of it, there's a "L" shaped arm that turns back and forth when you lock and unlock the gas door and it's supposed to lock behind the fill cap to lock. Well, that "L" shaped arm was not positioned right. It was 90 degrees out. So I had to remove a screw, turn this arm 90 degrees and then retighten. That fixed the hitting the shroud problem but now it won't lock behind the fill cap. I had to bend the locking arm from a "L" shape with pliers to a more outward angle (about a 45 degree angle) then—by hand—file the edges of the arm smooth so it would finally catch under the fill cap and lock. After all this, I added a tad bit of grease on the arm itself and that smoothed out the motion of the arm to slide under the fill cap easier when locking and unlocking. It took about 45 minutes to complete all this so it's certainly not just a open the package and out on piece. But, after I did all this, it fit nicely, it was flush & centered and locked correctly and looks fantastic. The manufacturer needs to make some modifications to this arm so that other end users don't have to go through this…especially with the cost of this thing.

AutoTruckToys Stay away from this website

I ordered grill inserts in Nov. through a diff company that was having them shipped directly from this company. They didn't bother to tell me that they were backordered and then didnt bother to tell me they decided to cancel my order. Then i tried to order them directly from this site and they sent me a confirmation e-mail that it was to shipin 3-5 days. 7 days later I called for tracking info and they discovered not until then apparentlly that the item was discontinued so they said the very same day they were going to ship out a similar item. I called 3 days later to get tracking info again and they haven't even processed my order after guaranteeing me that it would be shipped the same day as i ordered it for all of their mistakes. WTF Very Disappointed...wish I would saw this site before I ordered!

I believe they are no longer in business. I viewed an item on their website maybe a year ago, when to review what I had thought about purchasing and their website does not work.
Point is, you screw people and you will be accountable for your actions.
May not be illegal but they know now people wont stand for being taken advantage of.
Shame on the SHAM!

I ordered 4 spark plug wires for my PT Cruiser. They were backordered and when they finally arrived they charged and sent me 4 "sets" of spark plug wires. They have refused all communication to resolve this issue. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I learned a lesson from this kind of company. Not all website are legit, even Amazon has some that are questionable. How the Hell do they screw of a set of 4 plug wires and send 4 sets? I ordered a set of wires from Amazon for MY 2003 PT Cruiser (Touring, 5-speed manual) and the set arrived in less than a week.

This company is a joke! ordered mirror covers for my 2010 f150 on may 18th and received them on June 30th, my Kids ordered vent shades for me on fathers day June 12th, today is july 18th and still no sign of our order. Stay away from this Company.

I ordered a bra for my 98 jeep, after not receiving it for literally weeks, and after no communication from autotrucktoys.com except for when I contacted them. I called to cancel my order. Its been 2 weeks and I still have not my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The lack of professional customer service and satisfaction is on the low scale with this company. I ordered this product a month ago and have yet to receive my order. Every time I have called a customer service agent stated that they will be on top of this order as it is outstanding. I was given three separate dates that the product was shipped out but they never accounted for any of my calls or information on their call logs for the order. Instead of shipping the product out overnight to my residence, as they seem to not be shipping the product out correctly each time, I keep have the same revolving conversation with customer service someone will get back to me with an answer. Never again will I order from this company. Unfortunately I was purchasing a car piece for a family member and didn't do more research on the reviews for this site. Now I learned a lesson.

These people are interested in one thing only and that is getting their grubby hands on your money. Nothing resembling customer service, ridiculously long delays, or outright lies follow the payment to these middlemen, who seem to carry no inventory except a vast reservoir of BS to feed you when you ask where your goods are. I paid nearly $700 for some PUTCO items on a site holding itself out as PUTCO SALES, which turned out to be AUTOTRUCKTOYS which in turn proved to be something called REVEL ENTERPRISES. I waited over a week to even get an order confirmation, which I got only after I called REVEL and demanded it, was told that the items were to be shipped 2 weeks after the order and I have yet, now 5 weeks down the road, to receive all of the items. They are now, according to the supplier PUTCO, due to be shipped. As it turns out, PUTCO doesn't even make their own stuff. Where does this nonsense end? From now on, I'll have my stuff direct from manufacturers or fabbed up locally. Sure, it'll cost more, but at least I'll know who I'm dealing with and where the stuff is being made. I wouldn't be surprised if PUTCO stuff is being made outside of the US. Bottom line, stay away from AUTOTRUCKTOYS, PUTCO SALES & REVEL ENTERPRISES unless you enjoy delay and BS.

Auto retailers like AutoTruckToys can't possibly stock every application for every part a manufacturer makes and cannot control a manufactures production schedule or shipping times. Manufactures are supposed to ship items that are dropped shipped within 5 days but this isn't always possible due to unforeseen circumstances. I assure you with my experience with this industry that Autotrucktoys usually ships items quickly and does everything in can for its' customers. Manufactures like PUTCO will not sale directly to consumers and you will not find these items locally most of the time or if you do it will cost significantly more and you will still be subject to manufacture availability.

AutoTruckToys This is a horrible company that has no concept of customer service

I ordered some parts from auto truck toys and when I received the parts they did not fit my truck. I called and spoke to Scott and he was absolutely cruel to me. He wouldn't speak to me unless I had the box in front of me and then, even after I sent him pictures he argued with me. I felt like I was arguing with a child. I asked for the manager whose name was Melissa and although she had much better manners she continued to argue with me. All I wanted them to do was to pay for the shipping to return their incorrect product. I will never do business with them again. This is a horrible company that has no concept of customer service. I highly recommend you consider purchasing from somewhere else.

AutoTruckToys They really are an absolute crap company

They are so unproffesional! They really are an absolute crap company! They were quick as anything to snap up my money for a keychain and some LED dome interior lights for my dodge magnum. But then after a month, nothing had shipped! Customer service was an absolute joke! Kept saying, 'oh its shipped, wait, it ships the 11th, wait, the 18th, wait, we dont know...!' Like, what?! Its a key chain! After a month and a half i finally received the key chain and almost 2 months in now waiting on the LED dome lights! Same excuse they gave you, oh they are on backorder...! Nobody order from this site! You have been warned!

I ordered a seat cover, 05/07/2011 and now it's the 19th, I CALLED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MY BANK, THEY BOTH FILED PAPERS AGAINST autotrucktoys, and if I do'my get my refund by the 23rd of may I'll take them to small claims court in California for 5, 000, ...Here these Words DO Not Buy from autotrucktoys.com they are rip offs...go to hhraccessories.com it only took 3 days to receive my product, free shipping...

AutoTruckToys They clearly do not care about their customers

I ordered tail light and head light covers for my fiance's dodge charger. The tail lights came in, but the headlights were put on backorder. It has now been two months since I made my order, and I have had no contact from anyone there, and I have contacted THEM twice. No call back, no e-mail, nothing. Even a call or e-mail to tell me that part of my order is still on backorder would be better than nothing. They clearly do not care about their customers. What a sorry excuse for a company.

STAY AWAY FRON THESE CROOKS! They will steal your money!
They shipped me the wrong hitch for my truck. When I paid to ship it back they had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and don't even deal with these idiots.
