Autopage - Vod Uchoose Flexi 110 / Change in contract and billing

I have been struggling for weeks to get my contract sorted out. My contract entered into had 1GB data included every month and I received a sms to advise my 1GB data will now change to 500MB and I am charged the same amount per month for the 500mb as for the 1GB. I have been following up with Autopage in Sunridge on regular intervals and cannot get any explanation or proof that my account has been rectified.
