Lack of service/liars
When I purchased my vehicle at Automaxx .. Was told that I would have a warranty, a rim replaced that was broken, a/c fixed, and front bumper which was cracked.
10 months later, none of the following listed above has been done. Chris Thin sales manager and Raymond sales person, are a bunch of liars. They have told me on a number of occasions that the work would be done and has yet to be completed...
I have had to replace a wheel bearing at my cost when a warranty should have covered it.

Purchased a 2013 Ford Escape. Was supposed to have a 3 month deferral and payments started the next month. When the bank contacted me I immediately contacted the sales person that put the deal through and he had stated the paperwork would be redone and sent in. Three months later and after numerous attempts to try to contact the sales person I contacted Chris Thin (GM) of Automaxx. He has said there were numerous texts to both my cosigner and I to come to resign the paperwork. We were never notified of any of us going back in to resign paperwork until TD made me aware of that nearing the almost 90 day default. Finally after my cosigner had spoken with Chris Thin which was very rude and unprofessional he had told my cosigner they were doing US a great favor by keeping the loan open and got it reapproved when Automaxx screwed up the paperwork in the first place. As well when questioned as to where the paperwork was that was supposed to have been given to us Chris Thin stated that once the customer drives off the lot without asking for the signed contract they assume the customer does not want it. When asked to produce copies of the original paperwork Chris Thin had stated it would be diffficult to get ahold of and since the paperwork signatures had to be done through email and fax for of the loan Chris Thin had said to just to keep what emails were sent to us to sign as copies. Joke. Now the loan is supposed to be reapproved and papers given to Automaxx with both mine and the cosigners signatures on it and who knows if either the dealer or GM Chris Thin will even be there. Again Chris Thin said save the second set of papers that were emailed to my cosigner which we both signed. Unbelievable! And don't every try to get in contact with them for any issues as they will always be too busy to take the phone call or return them to rectify the problem.
