I purchased a Toyota Yaris from your McCarthy Toyota Automark Midrand dealership last year in July.

I had this car serviced today only to find out that I had been deceived by the sales person at the dealership.

I was lead to believe that the car I was purchasing had a 5 year service plan, otherwise I would not have purchased the vehicle in the first place, as I was looking for a vehicle that had a service plan included, and I specifically asked if there was a service plan!

It is not good business practice to deceive customers into believing that they are getting what they asked for just to make a sale and to get a good rating. Also I would like to point out that I have a witness that was looking at cars with me, that can confirm that the salesperson said that the car I was interested in came with a service plan. When I signed the installment agreement papers I was also led to believe that the section in Part E of Accessories Detail that the “Serv” for R3, 500.01 was the additional charge for the service plan.

I am so disappointed in my dealings with the group that I will never purchase another vehicle through any Automark dealership again

Vehicle was sold to me without COR being done

I was Not AWARE of this!

I pay insurance and if something happened this vehicle would not be covered!

I cannot get my license disc because COR is outstanding yet I paid for it on sale!

please I need your urgent support as I am facing a problem with Toyota 2009 gear box and I visited Toyota Egypt abu rawash as they said they will check with Tech support and there is no feedback since 2 weeks.
