AutoAnything Terrible Experience with Morris 4x4 and AutoAnything: Non-Existent Customer Service and Order Issues

I recently had a terrible experience with Morris 4x4 and AutoAnything. I ordered over $2600 worth of items over a month and a half ago, but have only received $200 worth of stuff. The worst part is that customer service is non-existent. If you call to make an order, you'll get an immediate answer, but if you need to check on an order, you'll be on hold for over an hour. And even then, you might not get anyone. Online support is also useless. I've dealt with Thaymar Sanchez, Patrick Turcar, and Thomas LABAU, and they were all useless. Thomas was somewhat helpful, but it didn't make a difference in the end.

Morris 4x4 is a complete breakdown as a business. They should be ashamed of how they're treating customers and should stop taking orders. They clearly state that they don't charge until items are shipped, but they charge immediately. Then they try to get things drop-shipped and blame the manufacturer instead of accepting responsibility and taking appropriate actions. They'll tell you a guaranteed shipping date, and then nothing will happen. The online system to check the status of your order is also not functional. It's stated that my order is shipped and complete over a month ago, but I still haven't received it.

Morris 4x4 was bought by AutoAnything, and AutoAnything has been involved in this order and is aware of what's going on. Therefore, I'm considering them the same. I will never order from Morris or AutoAnything ever again. This has been the worst online company I have ever dealt with. They can't blame COVID, other manufacturers, or high call volumes. That's just making excuses. All other companies I've been dealing with have been able to function and communicate appropriately. There's a complete breakdown with Morris 4x4, and AutoAnything is letting it happen. They need to stop taking orders. They're affecting people's lives and finances. It's pure embelzment.

AutoAnything Auto Anything Review: Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays

I bought some floor liners from Auto Anything about a month ago. They said it would take about 3 days to ship, but after 3 days, it still hadn't shipped. I decided to wait until Monday to see if it would ship, but it didn't. I contacted customer support to ask when it would ship, and they said there was a delay and it would ship the next day. But Tuesday came and still no shipping confirmation. I contacted them again and got the same response. I needed the liners that week, so I found them somewhere else for a better price and cancelled my order. The next day, I got a notification that they had shipped, but it was too late.

I contacted customer support to let them know and asked for a return label so I could get a refund. They said I had to wait until I received the item to request it. I waited until Saturday, which was the estimated delivery date, but the item never arrived. I tried to track it, but all it said was that the label was created. I contacted customer support again, but could only reach them through live chat because their phone line was closed. They said the refund had been processed and would take 5 business days to show up on my PayPal. But it's been more than 5 days and I still haven't received it. Luckily, I made a claim through PayPal to get my money back.

I will never shop at Auto Anything again. They are the worst business I've ever dealt with. Save your money and shop somewhere else!

AutoAnything Auto Anything's Poor Inventory Management and Customer Service

I've been a customer of Auto Anything for some time now, but I have to say that my recent experience has left me disappointed. I placed an order for EBC Brake kits on August 3rd, 2021, but the delivery date has been pushed back multiple times since then. At first, it was supposed to arrive in September, then October, November, December, and now the latest update is that it won't be delivered until March 2022. The reason given for this delay is that there is a supply chain shortage and constraints.

I've contacted customer service three times, but it hasn't helped me get the parts I need. Even when I escalated the issue to the management team, they were unable to provide any assistance. I'm running out of patience, and I'm not sure what to do next.

There are a few problems with this situation that I've noticed. First, it's surprising that a multinational company like EBC is unable to fulfill a single kit for months. Second, Auto Anything seems to have poor inventory management practices. They sell products that they don't have in stock, and they charge your credit card without shipping the parts. This means that they have your money, and they don't have an incentive to push their suppliers to fulfill orders. In my case, the management team didn't seem to care about my situation, and I'm concerned that this could hurt other consumers in the future.

Finally, the price of the kits I ordered has increased by 20-30% since August. This seems like a deliberate strategy to encourage customers to cancel their orders, so they can charge the higher price to new customers. It's not a fair practice, and it's disappointing to see a company like Auto Anything engaging in it.

If you're considering ordering from Auto Anything, I would advise you to be cautious. If there is a backlog, make sure you cancel your order and get your money back. Even better, consider shopping elsewhere until Auto Anything changes how they do business. The management team doesn't seem to care about their customers, and that's not a good sign.

AutoAnything order [protected] sneaky cancellation

I ordered a one car seat cover (order# [protected]). After a few hours my son came home and gave me a whole set for the father's day. I contacted Autoanything.com for cancelation and saw on the fedex tracking ( FedEx notified to void this shipment message) that shipment was canceled at 8.20am. Nevertheless today I received a package and after tracking realised it's the very same canceled order was sneaky reshipped at 3.21pm. the same day it was canceled. Now to return this order I'll have to pay a return shipping. Never ever will deal with Autoanything.com again. Attaching order receipt (look at 2 tracking numbers).

AutoAnything Ordering shocks.

Hi. I ordered shocks from auto anything on march 23rd 2022. The order# is [protected]. Gabriel air hijackers. I patiently waited but was curious about a tracking #. My wife also ordered a set but recieved email saying they were not available. I never got my email so I called auto anything's supplier. They said the shocks have not been sold for 4yrs from them. After waiting and my car sitting for days at mechanic expecting part to come I called auto anything and operator told me to wait until the tracking# comes but there was never a package. I had to actually chat with an agent who finally told me the part was never in stock. Wow! That's how your supposed to treat customers? You guys should make this right. Do something besides refunding my money after heartbreak! You guys were yhe ONLY company that had the part after an extensive search. Disappointed big time!

Desired outcome: I want some kind of show of good faith. Cant have a customer waiting in vain like that. Not good business!

AutoAnything mud flaps for 2021 sierra 1500

flaps are not even close to fitting i have sent 2 request to return part #58276 and order #[protected] recieved 3 return request #584440 but have never gotten any follow up i have also disputed the bill with my credit card company this is not how i thought this would be handled

AutoAnything Tool Box for Truck Bed.

The product was delivered, the box it came in was intact, nothing looked like it was crushed. Opened up and the insides were crushed, the lid was warped and jammed. The company (anything auto) did nothing but say, oh you signed for it, you're stuck with it. I just want to tell folks, buyer beware, this company does not take care of their customers at all. You'll be sorry.

AutoAnything Wrong item sent after placing order on the phone with customer service

I placed an order on the phone so we could make sure the right part was ordered for a 12 inch drop down step. I received the box in the mail and gave it to the mechanic to install. After the install it was discovered that I was sent a 7 inch step instead of the 12 inch step I paid for. It has been about a month now since I tried to resolve this. I need to talk to someone that can help me. I should not have to even pay for another install. It was your error. Who can I contact that can actually do something about it?

AutoAnything Shorted order

They shorted my order. Package was received in poor condition. It was partly open, and there was only the air filter, I inquired about the car bra I also ordered, they first told me it was on bo, and then sent me another email saying it was lost in mail that it fell out, "i" had to file a claim and file all the paperwork and everything. They could do nothing else, they do not have a customer service. I ordered the same car bra from amazon and low and behold it would not have fit in the box I got them. Total scoundrel's and criminal operation. Avoid at all costs! You will lose your money. Here's the chain:

AutoAnything hd spinout wheels

This company is bogus and fraudulent. They should be shut down. They are bogusly selling products that they don't have available. They sold me rims for my car, and said they had them in stock. Over a week later they send me an email saying they never had them in stock, and I would have to wait for them to be available. They even threatened to charge me a 20% restocking fee if I was not willing to wait. I don't see how legally they can charge a restocking fee for a product they never had in stock in the first place.

AutoAnything Customer service, wrong product shipped/exchange

Was on phone for literally 1 hour 46 minutes on hold and had to leave my house. Tried online chat, and never got past number 4 after 2 hours. I received the wrong roof rack and need to exchange for the correct one. Easy to take my money, but not to do the right thing and help a customer. If you do not respond I will dispute the charge on my credit card.

AutoAnything X-treme gate slide-out truck bed extender

The worst website to buy from. I order a X-Treme Gate Slide-Out Truck Bed Extender for my truck for work and they said it would arrive in few days. I got a email stating they out of stock because of over order and I have to wait a month. I was upset but I really needed it. Day before It suppose to arrive they email me saying they discounted and there credit me my back. F**k no. I want my money back. Worst thing ever. Calling my bank to let them know this website is a scam

AutoAnything Customer service

Returned 4 wheels today and company wished to charge me over a hundred dollars in shipping. Email never returned, hung up on twice, and a chat ended twice. Company hasn't refused to contact me regarding this issue or refund me shipping amount when wheels never left fedex truck and fedex told me directly that it was a scam to charge me shipping. AutoAnything Misleading

Extremely disappointed in this service, especially how they don't keep their word.
I paid for an expedited shipping, as I urgently needed it for my car repair. It was supposed to arrive in 3-4 business days and it was fine, but it didn't arrive. I contacted them and asked what happened, they said that actually, their expedited shipping takes a little more than 3-4 business days. What? How can it be an expedited shipping then? Why did I pay for that if I couldn't get the fastest service?

AutoAnything Mossy oak seat covers

This company is a scam and a fraud. Theye have stolen my money and will not give me a status update on my product. I purchased front and back row seat covers Jan 8 with a ship date of Jan 20-24. I received a revised ship date on Jan 24 of Feb 14. On Jan 28 the product was shipped and delivers Feb 3. Only the front row was delivered. I called customer service who spoke with the manufacturer coverking that stated they did not receive the backrow order. The order was resent and I was to be emailed of the status. No email. Called on Feb 10 to check status and was told ship by Feb 17. No shipment. Called on Feb 28 to check status and the mailing label was created but not sent and the manufacturer didn't know why. Customer service was suppose to check and email me next morning, never did. Called Mar 1 and the customer service rep couldn't get through to manufacturer so they were going to call me back once they got an answer. Never called. I called Mar 2 and was on hold for an hour only to be told that the customer service rep still couldn't get through to manufacturer, coverking. I spoke with supervisor who said that I could not return front row as the product had been put on my car and she could not provide a ship date. Do not ever purchase from this company.

AutoAnything Worst company! Don't buy from them!

I found something I was looking for on AutoAnything website and immediately made an order. I was really excited about my purchase. Unfortunately I never received anything because my item was not in stock and quite a lot of time passed until they finally told me. I'm very disappointed that I wasted my time and I will never buy from them again. This company is unprofessional and unreliable, it took them over two weeks to contact me and tell that my order was no longer available. Total waste of time.

AutoAnything Never again will I purchase anything from AutoAnything

Bought something from AutoAnything and paid over $200. Received my order in a timely manner but unfortunately everything I received arrived damaged. Called AutoAnything customer service and they refused to refund my money. I have talked to 2 different reps, wasted my time, and they finally offered me a replacement! Well, better than nothing so I agreed.
Two weeks later I called again and asked why was it taking so long. They said that I have to be more patient. Gave them another extra week and nothing. Asked for a refund and they said no again. What a joke!

AutoAnything Seat covers

Do not ever deal with this company. I ordered a set of seat covers for my 2016 sante fe through autoanything and they are a disaster. I received them in mar 2016 but due to weather (i'm in the midwest) and personal issues, wasn't able to install them until around mother's day. The covers were so difficult to install I was only able to get the drivers' seat done. After about a week and a half the cover started to fray and fuzz. When I contacted autoanything about this I was told that I only had 30 days to return them, something they neglected to tell me. I was told to call the manufacturer and they would handle it. When I called the manufacturer (cal trend) they also told me no return nut they would do an exchange for the fraying cover. 4 weeks later and no replacement. Cal trend say they have no record of the request and to take it up with autoanything for exchange for a different material set of covers alas an exchange. Autoanything said that they were denied an exchange through cal trend and we only had the initial 30 days anyway. When I asked about that policy they mentioned it was on their website, just not anywhere I could easily have seen it. They are unwilling to help us exchange our coves for the same thing in a different material and frankly were not the nicest people to deal with, a bit rude. I am now stuck with a set of crummy seat covers that autoanything refuses to help out with and an upset wife whose car they were for.

AutoAnything Shameless company!!

I have ordered some products from AutoAnything two times and both times my experience with them was a disaster. First time it took them over a month to deliver my item, and I'm still waiting for my second order. It was placed back in February and I received nothing yet! When I called AutoAnything to see what was going on with my order they said that it was on its way. They refuse to cancel orders and don't give refunds, so all I can do is wait. But I have no idea how long will it take! Shameless company!

AutoAnything Wheel purchase

Purchased wheels from their site using their lookup tool. Wheels are wrong and they wont take back because they are mounted. the wheels have the wrong offset for my vehicle. They said I should have called for verification. They shouldn't be allowed to sell wheels if they cant look them up correctly. I don't work at a wheel store. Very poor customer service. The manager barely speaks English. Take your hard earned money someplace else !
