Auto Rent - San Diego International Airport / Terrible shuttle service!

Upon arriving at San Diego International Airport, I called the shuttle service that would be taking me to the rental facility. The operator said that they would come momentarily and did not arrive until ONE AND A HALF HOURS LATER! This was after I called several times, which he responded with, "We came but could not find you." I will NEVER do business with this company again and would not recommend Auto Rent to anyone.

I found Auto Rent to be fantastic, they were cheaper than most other car rental agencies and are available to under 21s. I was upgraded to a bright blue PT Cruiser with 3000 miles on the clock.

It's ironic that now I'm 20 I still can't rent a car here in the UK yet rented in San Diego nearly 2 years ago!

You must've had a bad experience, why didn't you just get a cab to the office I'm sure they would've paid as a good will gesture, who waits 1hr 30 mins?
