I purchased a starter online and they sent no confirmation, no receipt, nothing. Finally, they sent an email saying my order had been processed, but gave me no tracking number. When the part arrived, it was not the correct part. I sent it back and they told me I could not send it back because it was an electrical part even though I'd done nothing to it other than identify it as the wrong part. The person I dealt with on the phone had no concept of courtesy and was downright rude.

get this i orderd about 350 bucks worth of auto parts on the 4th of sept they said it was shipped the 18th well its the 30 of sept and no tracking number im filing a complaint with the bbb of california tomorrow i wouldn't send my enemy to this place the slowest and the lowest is what there website should say
