HERE IS THE SCAM AND HOW David O'neal and Minchau Pham (Max is a fake name he has made up to sound more American) MAKES HIS MONEY.

He Contacts the owner(me) usually from Swapalease or Craigslist and tells you he found a qualified user and has this headache-free system. He calls it a "Peace of Mind Payment Guarantee"

The user isnt really qualified mostly these are drug dealers, pimps, rappers, or other types of degenerates with horrible credit that have cash to drive high end cars

David Oneal and Minchau (Max) swindles both. As soon as he gets your car hes gone. He takes your car to the user and charges the user $15, 000, $10, 000 whatever as an upfront downpayment on car should they want to purchase at the end of the lease. As soon as he gets that money he's gone.

REMEMBER: The contracts Minchau (Max) provides are false i.e. no good. It gives you all the protection in the world but in the end Auto Management Group delivers on 0%

NO payments are made.
NO insurance is obtained.
NO piece of mind is acheived.

I have yet to get my car back and currently my payments are 3 months past due.

***IF YOU HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY MAX/AUTO MANAGEMENT GROUP***

1. You are probably have a listing on Swapalease OR Craigslist. FYI - subleasing a vehicle is illegal almost everywhere. Call Swapalease or Craigslist and tell them someone running an auto subleasing scam is using their site for leads. They should know better.

2. He probably told you your vehicle has 'negative equity' in these 'tough market environments.' Tell him you'd rather take it then any false positives from him.

3. He'll act like your best friend until he gets the car, after that - he's scammed you. Say goodbye to that fine German automobile cause it's being shipped to future wanna-be Pablo Escobars.

4. Disregard the website. It's a hoax like he is. He'll say he has a boss, he doesn't. He's the head of an illegal enterprise.

5. Delete his e-mail and follow point 5 below. (Most Important)

***GUIDELINES TO SOME RESOLUTION IF YOU WERE SCAMMED***

1. Revoke your limited power of attorney IMMEDIATELY.

2. Demand Max/Minchau to return your vehicle - otherwise report the car as stolen/embezzled (see point 5 below). It's absolutely imperative that the vehicle be recovered. If you have Lojack, put that knowledge to use!

3. Please be advised that Max "Scam" does not pick up any phone #'s

4. File the amount you deserve (up to $5, 000) in your state's small claims court and identify Minchau Pham/Auto Management Group as the culprit. Any amount in excess of this, a civil lawsuit is necessary.

5. GOOD NEWS: There are plenty of the good guys looking for this THIEF (LAPD, FBI, etc to name a few). If you have any information or have been scammed (latter is likely) please call the lead investigator on this case:

Investigator Ruddel
California DMV Investigations
[protected]

or

Detective Lopez
Los Angeles Police Department - Auto Crimes
[protected]

I would forward you over to the FBI, Attorney General or Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force, but figure it's best to direct you to the man in charge. Any information is helpful - especially other people that Mr. Pham & David O'Neal may have put in contact with you during this whole process.

6. Notify the attorney general. Try the Secret Service ECTF, FTC, BBB, LAPD, your local PD. Feel free to warm call them - they're job is partly to put away sleazebags like Minchau Pham aka Max.

7. Remind him he's a THIEF and that you will gladly testify at any trial set-up to prosecute him. People like these don't deserve to steal from other people's hard work and success.

The owner David O’Neil swindled us out of our “hold” money for the vehicle and he’s hiding because he knows once we find him, it’s going to be a different discussion. That’s not a threat against him, but it’s a guaranteed promise that we will take the appropriate action once he’s found! I hadpve people watching his office, so when he arrives or walks up, we can get to the bottom of this! We can’t wait to see his reaction when he finds himself in a corner with nowhere to go!

The original poster here (Ahmad Azizi) has the wrong company. It's too bad he got scammed but it was definitely not through the Auto Management I know. I have known David O'Neal for 20 years plus and during that time have acquired 3 vehicles through his excellent program. In 2016, I was driving a Mercedes G550 I got through Auto Management and we were rear-ended by a negligent texting driver. I worried that the police or my insurance company would find something wrong with the paperwork we presented since the vehicle wasn't in my name. The paperwork was perfect. The police had no problem understanding that I was an authorized user of the $180, 000 vehicle and my insurance paid for every penny of the $19, 000 in damages the other driver caused. I do not believe any of the negative comments toward this company and I think they have the wrong Auto Management. See the rebuttal from David O'Neal above. I am currently driving a Mercedes E350 convertible I acquired from David and again, no problems whatsoever, even when my partner was stopped for a slight speeding ticket. It's too bad that erroneous information has damaged this company's reputation. I'm happy to speak with anyone in person and show them my vehicle and paperwork to prove my comment is true.

During the 15 years that Auto Management has been in business, it has never had any dealings with anyone named Ahmad Azizi nor are we affiliated in any way with Annie Humphrey or Nick Sartini. The individual Mike Pham (aka Max Martin, real name Mihn Pham) worked as an independent contractor in California for AutoManagement.com for several months before it was discovered that he was misrepresenting our company and its service and that he was being prosecuted in California for fraud. Our company cooperated with the authorities in California to see that justice was done. If Ahmad Azizi is a real person, it's possible that he had dealings with Mike Pham that had nothing to do with our organization.

I think I just got scammed. happened today. What was the result of what happened? were you responsible of the car (mine is financed through my bank), meaning did you have to pay the rest of the loan? I have GAP insurance and did your insurance cover it?

There is another company that works out of colorado that is tied to this company as well. It is called GM Auto Solutions. The owners are Nick Sartini and Annie Humphreys. They are your best friend until they get your car, then well, you are on your own.
