Auto Express of Hamilton / customer service, recordkeeping
this lot is horrible. They have no personnel skills, errors in the recordkeeping, and theyare rude and nasty. They came to repo my truck-twice stating I was late on payments; however, they could not tell me when I missed a payment or even the last time I paid. When I called they hung up on me, telling me their computers are down and no one can review my payment history with me to help ME understand where there is a problem. I bought a 2009 car just to alleviate myself from the nonsense. I am still pursuing the two BBB complaints and arbitration. I bought the truck in April 2009 and have made two payments a month since. The owner, Josh, whom you would think cared enough about the business to check my account to see if maybe, just maybe they could be wrong wont even return my calls. I am very dissatisfied but more so, I have pity for those unsuspecting customers who may purchase a car from there. I have been cursed at, told I was lying and hung up on countless times. A middle aged woman that never once raised her voice or made allogations. This lot should be out of business for many reasons.
